    I believe product discovery should also, and almost always, include sales/marketing and customer support managers too. It's a Product Pente more than Trio! Thoughts?

      The PM must include them in the process, but they do not necessarily need to interview customers with you ;)
      I usually interview and manage Sales just like other stakeholders, and work closely with Marketing through the process.
