You def went at the quiet time so roads are better (less traffic) but weather is hit/miss as you discovered. Still, stunning scenery whatever the weather. Those pies looked delish - def going to get some sent down to me in Glasgow. Ardvreck Castle is one of my faves and we haven’t been to the improved Corrieshalloch (corrie-shall-och) Gorge - spectacular with all the water!! Love, Love,Love the Bealach na ba - going up is def worse than coming down imo. They close the road ifir a day n Sept and have a timed cycle 🚲 race up it!! 🤯 The view from the top is awesome and def worth the nail biting lol. More great drone footage 👍🏼👍🏼 Can’t wait for the next vid xx

Loving your vids of my homeland. We had a similarly windy day at Dunnet Head - in Scotland we’d say“it’s blowing a hoolie’ lol. You guys had THE BEST Smoo Cave experience!! Well jel - waterfall was a mere trickle when we visited. Loved staying at Sanford Sands - awesome beach! Props for flying your drone in that wind too 👏🏼👏🏼 I’m away to watch the next instalment xx

you can get food for the wallabies at the shop :) plus the animals nr the penguins are Maras, not Wallabies :)

Enjoyed the Video we did the Mount Dals-Nibba on a days excursion from a P&O ship that actually docked at Geiranger, our excursion started in Geiranger included lunch and eventually dropped us off at Hellesylt for us to catch the ferry back to Geiranger to board the ship. So we actually cruised past the seven sisters waterfall 3 times, twice in board the ship and once on the ferry. I also highly recommend the Dalsnibba excursion.

Were you tight on time doing both the glacier and the skylift? I’m taking a cruise soon that also stops in Olden but am a little worried we won’t have time for both!

We were on the exact same cruise. It was amazing. Missed out on the school bread though, didn’t know about that. My first cruise and I would definitely do it again. Getting into Southampton was a total nightmare though, 2 hours to do the last mile, ridiculous. Will stay in Southampton next time.

How long did it take you to walk to the glacier and back. We are going on the same cruise on Saturday

Certainly the steepest in price as well , we came back yesterday , family of 5 it was a rainy and cloudy day when we went , you couldn’t see anything going up and while up there , was only there for 10 mins and came down again ,

How fantastic to have that forward facing cabin for moments like that. Great photography on the sail into the fjord, and loved that timelapse. You had perfect weather to capture those images from the top of the skylift. And that was a great tip about checking the live camera feed.

A good point about the onboard spend. We had some on P&O and Fred Olsen, and its a real comfort to know that a drink here or there was going to be taken care of with that credit. Magnificent images from your helicopter ride 🚁

Do you mean the traffic was bad getting into Southampton? We are staying just outside Southampton for our cruise in Sept. Do you know why it was bad?
