Added one to my XD-S 45 ACP. Gun smith installed. Watched him torque screws per instructions. Mount came apart (screws holes striped) after 6 rounds.

What about the Primary Arms Microprism 3X or 5X? because their piggy back mount is garbage. The Primary Arms website wasn't telling me the dimensions. Right now I have a 3X with canted irons. I was thinking about getting a 5X too, but really wanted the piggy back pistol dot instead of canted.

I hope this one is perfectly symmetrical at the contact with the pic rail. Other ones available are slightly asymmetrical in order to place the adapter over the rail and then to clamp it to the rail. This one looks to be symmetrical because you are sliding the adapter on to the rail.

I received my EGW plate today, part 49282, it does not fit onto my Sig P322. I removed the rear sight but the notch on the slide does not line up with the tooth on the plate. Sad because I wanted to mount my Viper onto the 322.

Mine is extremely tight, I mean, tight to the point where the sharp metal of the mag well digs and cut the polymer on the frame. Solution???
