Welcome. I have attempted to put together a number of videos, which I feel highlight a very early period in Hip Hop.Where some focus on various elements of Hip Hop i.e) graffiti,mc-ing etc, others offer us a glimpse into the areas, people, conditions and cultures which pre-empt it and have all contributed to shaping it. Please feel free to leave comments, links and suggestions.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

Am glad it's over my real friends was Savage skulls but I remember for every Jackets they would strip from us we will take twice as much yes the Savage skulls was cool I hate it cuz a lot of my friends was in there I was a javelin from way back I was with the Reapers and Javelins was very tight tight with each other so when we have problems with the Savage skulls, We took some of there colors ,just like they had the enhancers, seven immortals and had a set of colors of Javelin on on their wall , we had there colors we never gave them back the Savage skulls knew where we was at , we had a big fight by 176 while walking to Echo Park, we had division just like they had Clay , Monroe,Walton, Jerome, vyse,Hoe,Wilkens, Valentine, plus more areas that was in the Beginning,The Savage skulls grew even had the Nomads and there allies. Of course this was at the beginning at the end a lot of the clubs grew we didn't have no ambassador we end up all hanging out together it was just a beef we had nothing to do with but due to the other clubs other gangs, we. Had to stick with the Turbins, Reapers , Javelins was allies that one time then everybody went for themselves
Well I didn't know that Ice T was a Dancer
This some west coast shit!
So I guess the Chinese created hip hop also fuxk it nobody else wants to tell the truth I Midas well throw a couple lies out there also!!

Horse was my best friend growing up knew his whole family. Wish I knew exactly how he meet his demise. I anybody knows hit me up. Peace
"Fly" is not what you'd expect from a typical gang leader. He's extremely bright and articulate. He would also do well in real world at whatever he chose. I hope he did ok after his gang life.
This is bull shit I worked a jam in 1967 at ps 100 Hurk is a fraud
Niggaz stayed fucking with Jamal. I bet he was the type to catch you alone, stab you up, and stay acting like he's a sucker. Best actor ever.
Anybody know the name of this song. Please post
👌
Always come back every year to watch this vid 2:30 - 5:02
My boy. Styles p 0:28
Where that dude fly at
Thank you.
I never knew their were Latin eagles in New York back then
What a time. Disco was on its way out and Hip Hop was on it's way in. The South Bronx, NYC a mecca of creative and innovative people. The heart beat and pulse of the city was right there. God bless the good souls in this film. Nothing bad or evil, just people down on their luck making the best of it
Old school rap was on its way in; it is based of rock n roll. hip hop came years later in the nineties.
Cop: "savage skulls & savage nomads think they're outlaws but really there just bums" Some one needs to tell that genius that todays gang Bangers are basically todays version of cowboy outlaws , just different times lmaoo, outlaws back then where bums who didnt work for there money either, they'd go out and steal it
anyone knows the type of the van behind Jamal and Horse?
2:54 This kid went off
U know the only reason that the cop was allowed to come was the camera's where there and Fly's bike got stolen by the dude who stroked ol girl
@1:33 oh lawd the way Bam was looking at that lil boy.. where was Chris Hansen & Dateline NBC back then???
