This brings back memories of me catching that Fenkell Bus downtown to connect in Cadillac Square going east on the Mack bus. How much is it now to ride the bus in Detroit?

I've seen so many houses where the paint job looks good then after the tenant moves in, they find black mold seeping through the paint. Even is this video, I can see some flaws in the workmanship.

The only issue I have with all of these "investors" is that they cut too many corners and don't do enough to make sure the mechanical aspects of the house are sound. They focus too much on aesthetics instead of making sure the plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, roof, foundation and windows are all in good shape. That has to be done first. I don't care about the paint, countertop or floors.

Please stop saying "Black and brown." Observe that so-called brown people never include Blacks in their progress. We only hear from them when they need numbers to get what they want. Congratulations!

Developing Single lots at a time id very difficult .. You have no control over the area this way .. by control I mean,, you cant set the price - cant set the "rents" etc. Reach out to me to discuss how we might develop Entire Blocks and make the entire process more inclusive and rewarding ..
