Your statement makes a lot sense. Taking it to the Packard location. That area would thrive with retail, housing and lots of jobs.

This would be such a win for the city and the neighborhood. It would also be a great PR move for the Ford family after the success of the redevelopment of the train station in Corktown. It would be another example of a wealthy Detroit family truly giving back to the community, unlike the Ilitch family which makes a lot of promises it never seems to fulfill.

I'm not sure of how much impact it could bring. Its not a ton of impact in allen park, of course its some.. I think what you have envision would be cool for an actual stadium where real impact would happen. Again the training facility in of itself wouldn't have a ton of impact it would have to come with alot more... Similar to the Pistons training center with a grocery store and a Planet Fitness. The pistons also with sharing a stadium has more employees at the practice facility..
I mean even the plans for LCA and its surrounding areas have yet to pan out.. The Packard plant would be cool but the impact you speak of soley on a practice facility wouldnt be great.. Its not a lot of job at the practice facility for locals either, its like a stadium where you have 1000's of jobs ..

Allen Park isn’t much to see with or without the facility…unless you love strip malls. But being within the city and the opportunity to build around the area in question could be a boon.

Ok, u nd to get it patten. Create a design, make a blueprint of how the facility would look like and how it would impact the community.
Pray about this fam....... don't allow the Devil to steal your idea. U talking about this on social media and a lot of thieves already trying to run with your idea. Don't sir around, get up and make it happen!!!

Packard plant dirt would take over 3 to 4 years to turn.. It totally contaminated. Seems ideal but to costly. NEXT.. Herman Keifer… 😉 😊😂

More over with nothing being around there and tons a vacant land/homes who would frequent this area in the first place... The practice facility is a ghost town during off season.. If you are speaking of something even more grand, in this 20 min video you didn't speak much on it..
