We are however more likely to point out what we perceive as a lack of respect in your face rather than behind your back and we also tend to want sexual relations due to our instinctual desire for intimacy with women.

I heavily related with this. I honestly tend to converse with men easier mostly due to me sharing interests with them. However the girls Im surrounded with are very nice and understanding so I get along with them well also!

The standard definition of what's work or a job, its evolving to something different. We are in a verge of a big change in the work market because of the technological advances, nowadays we are capable of substitute human labor in most professional areas for machines/robots. That's why the old pattern, getting an university degree, it's not a big deal. The key is exactly networking and work on something what makes your heart beat ❤

Yes, i remember when i was told to smile because i was looking "so serious " at a job i once had and i was thought to be upset when really i was just focused.. I was 26 with 2 children under 3. I was actually always thinking of how i can't fail and be flimsy now that I have two babies who depend on me.. i wasn't mad, i was just focused and wanted to make sure i was paying attention and on time so i could keep a roof over their (my kids) head 🤷🏾‍♀️

I experienced this my entire childhood. I guess kids thought I was "stuck up" for being quiet, and these were black kids who said it. I remember when I was in the military, this white girl says "you're not loud like other black girls." I guess it was supposed to be a compliment, but it was one of those backhanded compliments that's actually an insult.
