I honestly considered having the Weeks Mega as my only planner as well! I was just too nervous after testing the 2025 sanzen 🥲 But, it's such an amazing layout and I'm glad to hear that you haven't noticed too much of a difference! AHHH! I nearly got an MD Codex! I love the MD paper. That is a great choice for a commonplace 😊 (I'm super biased though because I use an A6 MD for my own commonplace haha 🤣)

I also was afraid in the start, but I tested it and it works with fountain pens and highlighters (also great with tombows!) and honestly that's all that matters to me ahhahahah (muji gel pens don't work and that's really weird) It's an excuse to get more ink colors lol Also yeah, md paper is really superior and I think now it's better than the actual tomoe river, since I don't have to limit myself in what I use! Also I'm gonna get a md a6 blank as my little sketchbook (I'm a digital illustrator but I got an huge artblock and I'm missing the feeling of drawing whatever and whenever) I am really considering creating a TH-cam channel, but my spoken English is ugly af

I believe you’re right that it’s 4mm! It is definitely on the more expensive side, so I can understand why it’s not for everyone. The Kinbor is such a great alternative though, I think you will be happy with your choice 😊 It does also come in an A5 if you find the A6 is too small. Thank you! @ YIKES, I am not sure I could function without my hobonichi cousin, I actually bought one on release day even knowing I wanted to try Sterling Ink instead (you know to make the break easier) … now I am thinking I am just going to go with the OG Tomoe river notebooks and do a bujo moving forward. 2025 might have me using freaking pencils or 😱ball point😱

Hi lovely! I hear your issue, and I have a solution! 😇 Pilot Frixon (amongst other erasable gel pens), use ink that disappears with heat. This is why when you go to erase it, the friction erases the ink! So, if your papers have created friction (and heat) by rubbing against each other, the ink will disappear. The good news is that the ink will reappear by applying colder temperatures. Try putting the papers in the freezer for 30 minutes and see if that does the trick 🥰 In terms of the pens I’m using, none of them are erasable, so none of them will disappear with heat ☺️✨

The heat and friction I guessed since the name of the pens, but I never thought that it would be possible for the ink to reappear! 😱 Thank you so much for the advice, I will be sure to try it! 🥰 💞 I find it quite scary to only use pens which can't be erased, that's why I've been drawn to the erasable ones. But I know there are some things like white out for example that you can "erase" mishaps with. I very much enjoyed this video of yours btw! 💝

Oh you KNOW I love my hot pink energel 😉 I just thought I’d share more of my recent favs haha! I’ve seen the metallic ZIG markers but always thought they’d bleed so thanks for letting me know 😍 I’m always so scared to use the dot markers for fonts because I worry about damaging the tip 😅 I’ll have to look into the Pin Pen because I too dislike the body on the Microns haha!

@@lillabjornco I don’t use the Ziggs a lot to “write”. Obviously, it makes a large size font. But, nope, no damage whatsoever. Those pens are no delicate flowers. Also, the bullet tip on the metallics is really large, so it on its own can make a bolder header, or address (probably not waterproof). The Uni Pin pens are reallllly nice, just so comfortable. They’re very attractive, professional looking dark grey. They look appealing…Uni is good at that. (Microns dry out so darn fast, too!)

Ouuu I don’t own a Pelikan fountain pen, what do you like most about it? I had a Uniball One P, but I gave it to a waitress when her pen ran out of ink lol 🤣🤣

@@lillabjornco I love this particular Pelikan for its fine nib. It just glides across my Hobonichi Weeks, and is the perfect small size to tuck it in the planner cover. It's comfortable to hold and SO PRETTY. It is the Moonstone colorway <3 All the holographic shine stops me every time the sun hits it. Definitely makes me happy.
