PR of Butan convinced the world that they are happiest country. But the facts are not that optimistic and blaming that on technology shows incompetence of their government/social system to face reality. Or in simple words, they (rich and privileged) lied, they used magic to convince their own people that they are happy. Never works, and every political system does that

I don't think happiness should be a life goal. I think purpose and meaning should be the focus....happiness is incidental. Everything you discussed in your video dilutes and degrades a person's focus and becomes a distraction to finding purpose.

The most important thing is that Japanese dont trust Japanese and most Japanese dont speak another language. Japan is a closed society and Japan wants to be closed because of the politicians and Japan has no soverignity, it is still a colony of US.

With my families tribe it was to "prepare for the pain of being a woman" the point is to suffer. After my sister was cut she was shipped off to the rainforest with her legs bound and had to not die. If you do not die, you are seen as "counsumed by the rainforest and reborn as a woman" an issue is it is the WOMEN who are continuing this. Many men do not want this practice, and they are not involved typically. The elders do this. when my sister was protesting, the women found her and attacked her. She felt so betrayed. What is sad is when i spoke to the older women they said "they took everything from us, this is all we have"
