This battle was complete garbage. Like, what the hell, foundation dudes legitimately couldn't hide anticipation of how they will decimate the empire fleet for the entire season and wanted to start a war really bad. While in the end it turned out that their super-manowar-ship was took down with like 10 fighers lmao. What was their plan? I mean yeah it was lucky shot, but they're against the whole fleet. Imagine if the next wave they would've sent 100 of such fighters? Because they probably could, there were dozens of capital ships around the planet

Sadly a super generic star wars style space battle. With these advanced technologies no shot would miss. Lasers dont travel slow, they are instant beams.

the battle was poor, having just two main ships and a few fighters. Invictus did not do anything. I would have take the ship and blow Trantor. this was the original IDEEA when they salvage the ship. they prepare for battle for over a century and they just stood there and died !

I saw it from a mile, that demerzel was the one who made the assasination attempt on cleon considering the genetic dynasty would end if he marries sareth which her code doesnt allow.

It just occurred to me that in season 1 episode 1 no one could figure out Seldon's math except Gaal. Why didn't they let Demerzel try? Shouldn't she be better at math than anyone?

I didn't realize there was a black hole in the Invictus until my husband pointed it out. That was gut wrenching to watch.

I think Cleon 13 is alive. He is only Cleon that is aware enough to evolve and change. He also had all that character development. And the world should be afraid of 13 for a reason.

best show on TV in recent memory. Season 1 was ok, but season 2 was mesmerizing.

Having to live with this for a week after it aired was HEAVY. What a brilliant show with strong female characters no one seems to mention. Lady Demerzel is an amazing character.

This fighter design looks like a straight rip from the 1999 Lost in Space movie. Even the way the fighter body rotates around the cockpit.

Demerzel is *not* R. Daneel Olivaw. She is not even Three Laws compliant nor does she possess mentalic abilities. She's just a non-Asimov robot who is out of control.

Some people say that Demerzel became more of a villain in the second season. Her reaction to the obliteration of Terminus shows how she still has a great deal of empathy.

Cool...and sci fi vault that is 4d or 6d object saved them all....except flora and fauna on Terminus. Real sci fi way out of this. I imagine Ai Hari's Vault was sucking them in I guess almost as hard as that black hole was destroying Terminus?

This scene is so devastating because in the end Dawn was killed for nothing. The genetic line had been tampered with without the Empire’s knowledge so none of them were perfect copies anyway…

I was so sad to see the Invictus destroyed. Waste of a ghost ship. 💔
