So I had a lot of heat damage this year and I decided I wanted to cut my hair. But the last time I went to a salon to get my hair cut the "Stylist" gave me a blunt cut when I asked for a round bob so I don't trust hair salons any more and I was snooping around online trying to find a good tutorial and yours was one of the first ones I saw I tried it out and the results are freaking amazing. I kid you not this is the best haircut I've ever had in my life. I was so careful I tried to follow everything the way you did (even my bangs I was used to doing them a different way but then I tried your way and it's amazing). I love it and I think you are so freaking cool for doing this haircut tutorial I'm definitely going to follow you and I wish you the very best.

Didn't work for me. It looks awful. My Mum who knows a bit about cutting hair as she cut all our hair and my Dad's when we were growing up followed your video but I'm not happy with the results at all. I'm going to have to pay a hairdresser to fix it 😔

3C hair here. I've been to every well known curly hair specialist in NYC since 2010. Because of this video I was able to give myself a better hair cut than any other I've received. Never going to a salon ever again!!!

It came out cute, I did the same thing to my hair with the same exact scissors, and my hair is curlier than yours. When it was all said and done, I had to wet it, and then comb it forward and cut off all the points that were longer, so it gave it more of a blended look. Then I should shook it out, put a little product in and left it alone until the next day and I could see what it look like after it was dry. It came out not too bad!thanks for giving me the courage to go through with it. And if that’s a child, hide them scissors lol or you’ll wake up in the morning and she’ll have copied everything you done on her head lol😅😢

You did a great job and it came out BEAUTIFUL!! 🔥🔥 You should feel really proud of yourself. ESPECIALLY considering how thick and dense your hair is!! My hair has, like, 1/4 of your density, so I can only IMAGINE how overwhelming and stressful you must've felt halfway through! 😬 I have NO problem cutting my husband's and daughters' hair...... but cutting your OWN hair is a whole other beast!! So... I haven't cut my hair since at least 9 years. I trimmed them myself but never cut them. I will cut them today, because I don't feel the long hair anymore, however they are beautiful but still. I will take your video as a guide and thank the lord that I found you ❤❤❤❤❤

I know I’m 3 years late but I just cut my hair according to how you did it after growing out my layers and what not and I love how my hair came out. This was such a good tutorial. So much better than spending money to have someone else do it for you.
