I just watching the video of Father Bill Atkinson OSA the story of his inspiration to continue his religious studies after his accident is an inspiration and being a quadriplegic is s difficult life.As a retired nurse during my career I had the privilege to look after,patients who had sustained similar injuries and life after just trauma is difficult. But with such strong faith Father Atkinson and great support system he achieved his vocational and religious goal. I am sharing his life with friends and family and I pray he will one day he will be elevated to Sainthood .

I am going to ask for his help with my own vocation. Can't go into details, but it's unusual, and it'll be a miracle if it happens. What an inspiring story!

I was lucky enough to have Father Atkinson as a teacher in High School.....praying he is canonized, he deserves it without a doubt. In the 4 years I was in Bonner, he was more instrumental in molding the minds of youths towards being good men than any other teacher.

I am thankful for the story and witness of Fr. Bill. I relate to him in a small way in my own discernment to the priesthood. It has not been easy but I continue to feel called deeper still into the Heart of Jesus and his Cross.

PRAY TO...AND FOR Fr. Bill Atkinson! Spread the word about him far and wide! i bet he will hear and petition God regarding our needs and requests. After all, during his life on earth, he did everything that was requested of him!

Tearjerker. He WILL be a saint. Actually, he already is (in heaven).

Father Atkinson’s disability did not cause his faith to weaken or lead him to lose his desire to become a priest. Instead, he was grateful for his faith that strengthened him and helped him guide others to know God’s love, grace, and goodness. May his example inspire us all to maintain our faith despite any adversity we might face and be grateful for the lives we were given.

He truly displayed a very remarkable paradigm of hope, love, faith, fortitude, and peace. He inspired me just by watching this. May God help all of us live a holy life like Servant of God, Fr. Bill Atkinson.

Even though this took place in 2021 October 19, it brought me to tears, and I felt a very strong goosebumps, especially when I was clapping my hands with them. I felt like I was there in the ceremony and felt like Fr. Bill was watching us. Lord God, hear our prayers through the intercession of Your Servant, Fr. Bill.

Heavenly Father, hear our prayers through your Servant, Fr. Bill Atkinson, and if it’d be Your will, may Fr. Bill Atkinson be numbered among your blessed and saints, for the praise and glory of Your Name. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen

Muy interesante exposición, de un autor que a alimentado mi vida profundamente sin compartir fe, mucho tiempo fui "anticristiano" hasta que llegó un punto en vida donde verdaderamente tuve una gran apertura mental que me hace alimentar mi vida con enseñanzas en apariencia incompatibles, un saludo padre y salud.

Muy bueno para poder reflexionar la forma de vida y hay que hacer mucha oración y seguir hacia Dios
