@@williamfmedia3706 I didn’t have this problem. I had a custom tune. I would check to make sure everything is installed properly, clean the MAF and make sure all your intake piping is secure. Also do a little data logging and see if you notice any odd data.

@@damnedgamer3935 did you “program them” the way Morimoto says? Check out my video where I install them. Steps are: 1. Ensure all lights are in the off position before beginning. (No auto or anything). Leave car running with the switch on the black box they provide you in the “O” off position for at least 3 minutes. 2. Turn the switch on the black box to the “I” on position for 5 seconds then turn it back to the “O” off position again. 3. Turn the car off and remove the key 4. Remove the provided fuse connected to the black box cables for 1 minute. 5. Reinsert the fuse and start the car to check that all lights work.

@@NLG001 ill make sure to watch it but i saw a vid of the manufacturers guide i did the same steps it worked for a few days then stopped

@@damnedgamer3935 what specifically is happening? Are they completely off? Flickering? Do you have an aftermarket headunit? Does your car start slowly?

@@NLG001 the daylight is not working but everything else is working properly for the headlights

Try changing the fuse out for a new one. Also, follow me on ig (@nlg001) it’s easier to communicate there. The daytime lights turn on when the car starts by sensing the voltage on start up, so I’m thinking something is preventing the voltage from being read correctly

@@shughes911 I have coilovers on now in NY (just put em on a few hundred miles ago video coming soon) I like em better than my stock suspension. Granted my stock suspension was 80k old, the coilovers feel smooth over the road and with a medium dampening setting, only over true potholes do I think, “shit I’m on coilovers”

@@K1dPhresh1 I asked the team that made this possible and he said he didn’t want to mess with the factory tail lights cause it’s a board not their own individual light, but I’m thinking I buy another set of OEM tail lights and experiment and see what we can do

The new Morimoto tails look OK, but the white or clear portion looks kinda smoked. I have a PTS Ferrari Yellow C2S and they wouldn’t look right. On a darker 997, maybe. I think the OEM tails are prefect, they just need an LED refresh and to have the red and clear updated, IMHO. Thanks for the response tho.

@@NLG001 I'm in a super fortunate position where I've just bought a 997.1 GT3 RS. Collecting it next Saturday! The previous owner installed the PCCM+ so I'll definitely be adding a camera! Can't wait to see what you add next.

I’d def say if you can get a .2 get a .2, and if you want a .1 don’t let the potential issues stop you. Do your due diligence and understand and be prepared for the maintenance cost just in case. Don’t be afraid most of these cars are good to go !

Hey, clarity is great , my camera skills are improving so it might not look good in the clip I made here but it is good. Only thing we could have done better on is placement, the bumperette is slightly distracting so I believe if the camera was placed on the left license plate light it would be centered and perfect. But with that being said I have no problems with its current placement because it’s just and aid to ensure you’re not going to bump into anything . As for the sound quality I think it’s always been great. I do have aftermarket speakers in my car and not equipped with Bose either. This could be the reason… if you have factory non Bose speakers, swap them out!

Currently have a beater/daily, and already have wheels for the car! Unfortunately they are not BBS but I think they will look good. Coming soon in a later video this summer

It’s not for everyone depending on taste, but mine actually had the halogens which were too outdated and dull. Now I get multiple compliments on the car’s looks from passerbys and I can actually see at night 😂
