You could, but raking it won't get rid of the brown tips on the grass from you walking on it or, in this case, rolling your garbage can on frozen grass

@maggarlion In order to keep peace, sometimes you've gotta do that

@Ahch. Warm season grasses like bermuda should be brown in the winter, meaning they are dormant. Foot traffic won't affect the color of a dormant lawn because the lawn is already brown. It will only affect lawns that are green, which are cool season lawns like tall fescue, etc. Now sometimes depending on where you live, centipede grass may not go dormant in the winter meaning it will retain it's color so if you are doing what this person did in this video, this could happen to your lawn. But if your centipede lawn goes dormant, this won't affect your lawn because it's already brown. I hope this helps 🙏🏾
