@polofieldslawnservice I came back and watched this video again. I especially like how you move the leaves off the fences and unto the property. It’s easier to handle like that. I normally put the leaves in bags, large plastic containers that I get from sanitation. I use my lawnmower with the bag on to collect the leaves. A lot of my neighbors put the leaves in piles near the sidewalk for sanitation to pick them up. That works but when the wind blows it just scatter the leaves on the street and sidewalks so I never do that.

Mulch it down then bag.

What if it's early November and the fungus has just recently taken hold. I'm in northern New England and high temps are 40's and low 50's. Night time lows are low to mid 30's. Is it too late to deal with it? Will the winter kill it? Could it also be Dollar Spot? How do I tell the difference between the 2? Thanks very much in advance.

That was exactly what happened to my neighbor lawn and I told her that he needs to sharpen his blades on the lawnmower.and I showed her what I was talking about and she wanted to know how did I know that. And I told her from watching polo Fields Lawn Service on TH-cam.

When the pile is high, I would rather bag the leaves or rake them then blow.

Heres a better tip, mulch the grass instead of side shooting it everywhere, that way the grass evenly gets distributed right back to where it go cut, less cleaning and looks like it was bagged too

Polo you ain’t lying. I nuked my father’s lawn late August with some glyphosate and removed the bad stuff. Did a full renovation with Cams ELM Street Special the beginning of October. 25 days later the lawn best in the neighborhood. “We Working” 💪🏽

I simply mulch them in using my lawn tractor.😄

Great video I learnt something. I went out and bought a real powerful blower though. Echo PB-9010T. This thing is a beast. My neighbor laugh and said it’s an overkill. I didn’t laugh because I have several trees in my backyard and I have been struggling for years to clean up the leaves. No more problems with this beast. I love it.
