I think the point was that he made the video to falsely indicate that his ticket was pro 2nd Amendment. He has since made claims that he can out shoot any of his detractors, and is an expert pheasant hunter with many trophies. His ticket is most certainly not pro 2nd Amendment. In fact, Kamala has stated that she supports mandatory gun buy backs. She supports bans on ARs and gun confiscation, she indicated that law enforcement could randomly go in your house to “ make sure” your guns were stored safely. Anyone who is pro 2nd Amendment that is fooled by this awkward video and votes democrat, is an idiot.

I’ve never fired Beretta A400, so I don’t know the manual of arms. I did know that I had no idea what he was trying to do and he looked completely incompetent. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care, but he was trying to demonstrate his familiarity with the weapon. His pheasant hunting exploits are part of his legend. Ivan, thank you for this video… As a young 24 year old Canadian kid, I can’t really properly express how much these types of videos are needed. That last 5 minutes at the end really resonated with me and has given me a goal to work towards. Im currently unemployed doing nothing with my life, living alone off of my dads insurance money from his fentanyl overdose and i needed to hear this brother. I know I’m going into a trade regardless and you talking about machining and explaining that even if i can’t become a gunsmith, i’d still be employed due to having a machining degree. Ivan, his Beretta shotgun is equipped with a pro lifter, it’s on the later model shotguns like he has including the 1301 Tactical and 1301 Pro. The pro lifter has a button right in front of the trigger guard that drops the gate down so you can load, a round into the chamber. I think that’s what he was having a problem with. The shotgun that you were doing the demonstration with does not have that feature, the pro lifter is very awesome. Once you load around and you drop the bolt the lifter will drop in, all the way to the top of the magazine tube, making reloading very easy. Once the tube is loaded, you press the button towards the backside of the lift gate near the trigger guard, and that will drop the liftgate back down, so the next round will automatically get in loading position.

It looked to me like he was trying to clear a jam, but later when I learned that they didn't fire a single shot, I figured like you, that he was trying to unload. Regardless, the fact is that the whole thing was staged to make him LOOK like he has respect for the second amendment but only succeeded it looking like the typical left wing douche canoe that he is. Loading, unload or clearing a jam, it was clear that he had little to no idea what he was doing and when the guide tried to help, he walked away from the guide because he didn't want to be seen needing help. Again, more worried about appearances and spin control. They'd have been better off just giving him a rubber dummy gun to walk around in a field with.

What's y'alls opinions on the most terminally effective 5.56 cartridge? I keep coming back to either 62g/75g Speer Gold Dot bonded softpoint or the FBIs Federal TBBC which is a 62g bonded sp but is loaded to higher pressure. While I love the consistent accuracy from Black Hills MK262 & it's clone, IMI MOD1 razorcore, it's terminal ballistics seem to be VERY random, atleast in my use case which is on a ranch dealing with coyotes and very large feral hogs. The Speer cartridge has never failed me anywhere from 5' out to 500 yards from both a 16.1" & 11.5" platform. As far as m855 is concerned it's trash imo. Haven't had the opportunity to test any m855a1 yet though. I've had MUCH better luck with simple M193 over any m855.

What I find absurd was the number of gun "experts" deriding Walz for not being able to handle a shotgun when he was *unloading* a gun. The reality is they didn't want to know the truth, they *wanted* an "got you" image and simple sound bite.

To be fair, the manual of arms on a Beretta (and most euro auto loader shotgun) is completely unintuitive to someone accustomed to an M16 action.

I'll be honest, I would probably need to fiddle about a bit with a Beretta a400 to figure it out since I've never used one before. Shotgun manufacturers seem to love to re-invent the wheel when it comes to controls

I don't like Tim walz or Kamala Harris or anything they've done but personally I'm a big Mossberg guy and the Beretta shotguns are a little bit tricky in my opinion with there loading gate. I bet anybody that hasn't handled the Beretta would take some time to figure it out the fact that he says he's carried weapons of war and he can't run a Beretta is crazy

Several states use migratory limit as a standard for simplicity since upland and waterfowl can be taken at same time with legal ammo types. When ive guided ive seen many many people have same issue Walz have and it either lack of using shotgun or new or borrowed.

I would definitely consider myself a gun guy but I've only ever shot rifles, pistols, and pump action shotguns. So i probably also would've kept racking the action expecting it to unload. Can't even blame him.

A400 you push up on the stock lifter and pull up on the bolt release and it ejects shells out of the mag. Sounds like he was running the bolt so he didn't know that about it. At least on my 1301. And it's 3 rounds capacity in a waterfowl area.
