Love the amiga still trying to get one for my collection 😢 great video mate
@@HomeGamingProductions thank you, much appreciated. I hope you can add one to your collection at some point soon.
This is an awesome collection, the first time ive seen a CIB pal set... amazing. I currently have 71 cib N64 titles so long way to go. thanks for the upload
@@skiff9 thank you! Good luck on your journey! 71 games is a good amount.
I loved the first _Little Nightmares_ - kind of an underrated game if you ask me!
@@AngryDadGaming definitely agree!
Nice collection dude 👌
@@andrewmartin9035 Thank you!
Amazing collection btw. Those boxes are pristine.
Thank you! 😊
How rare are brand new, factory sealed N64 consoles?
Pretty rare, I have seen a few around, they're usually factory sealed with one a branded circular sticker over the flaps of I remember right.
2years ago!! 🤯
I know mate! I'll be back! Haha
Very nice! They all look in excellent condition too!
Thanks! Yeah I tried to get the best condition I could. Appreciate you taking the time to watch.
Great video! I am going for the full set Pal but only cartridges
Coming from the US I havnt seen a full pal collection until now. This is an amazing collection I love to see it. The condition on your boxes is amazing for a complete set. Keep it up 👍 💪
Thank you! 👍🏻
like 65
nice like 76 and sub
Amazing collection James, hope you’re well. Be good to catch up at some point if you’re open to it. Been full PAL again for a while with a minty Tarzannnnn. Couldn’t stay away too long. Miles. 🫡
Thanks Miles. Yeah no problem, been a while! I heard you'd got the full set again - amazing achievement. It would be good to see a collection video! 😎
Has to be IG88❤
Great choice 😎
I realise this might seem a strange and esoteric question, but for games with a removable tray, do you by any chance know the ordering of how the inserts would have originally been when first opened? So for example would the tray holding the cartridge have been in front of the manual/safety leaflet etc? Also the orientation: would the bottom of the leaflets have been facing the left or right side? Were there any patterns at all to how manufacturing at Nintendo arranged these items (like the game manual being at the back and the safety leaflet/reg card in front of it)? Really appreciate any response! Most vids and content I see is NTSC so not often I get to ask someone who has PAL copies
That's a great question and one I used to discuss with other PAL N64 collector's a long time ago. I must admit I'm a bit rusty these days as I haven't actively collected for a while. However, from what we kind of worked out together: From the box facing you front on, the right long tab is opened. The cart and tray would be at the front, then leaflets and manual behind. The top of the leaflet and manual would be at the right edge of the box. Also, the cart would be in the baggy, with the front of the cart looking at you, the baggy opening would be on the left, folded under and placed in the tray. What we did find though is that the leaflet, manual, warranty card thing could differ. If you imagine them being packed in the factory over the years, people would sometimes change habits, or not care etc. Also, leaflets and warranty cards could be missing, out of stock or added to later games to clear stock. We had never seen or heard of a set 'build' of putting the box and contents together. Hope that helps somewhat. Just keep in mind we aren't certain, it's just what we have observed and researched over the years from new games that were opened.
@@FlashbackTNT Thank you so much for the in-depth reply!
@@FlashbackTNT One last question and I will leave you to it: have you heard of any manuals coming in plastic sleeves? My inkling is that this was not a practice for manufacturing, but I've spoken with individuals that feel strongly they were included with some games like stadium 2
@Harkren no problem! From my experience and the others I collected with, we never got manuals in plastic bags. We never spoke of it or debated it as a thing, even for individual games. That's not to say someone in a factory somewhere decided to put the manuals in baggies for a change and go against the norm haha!
Question 🙋🏼♂️ are all your boxes original or is it ok to get repo boxes ?
All mine are original. Some people collect reproduction boxes. I don't personally but it is up to the person what they want to collect 😊
Well done 👍🏼 I hope to achieve the same one day
Cheers! Good luck on your quest!
Well done awesome!! You should play sin and punishment it’s great.
Thank you!
Awesome collection!!
Thank you 😎!
Hi mate. Hope you’re well. Just ordered a nice r2d2 with pop up saber. So I’ve now got the full 17. Can’t believe I’ve made it. Just need to get some accessories then I’ll be done. Did you manage to get a light saber for your r2d2?
Hi mate, wow that's amazing! You've made light work of that. Congratulations! I did get one yeah, when I found one for sale I got the accessory pictured well and then verified by some other people in the hobby to ensure it was authentic. That saber isn't cheap!
@@FlashbackTNT yeah I know. It’s crazy really for a tiny bit of plastic, isn’t it. Just have to get accessories now. The accessories are where the money is these days. Guess it’s coz the little blasters etc were so easy to lose back in the day. Wish I’d kept all my original blasters etc. All I need now is a Blue Snaggletooth, though that’s gonna have to wait a while lol
@Nicholas Flavell imagine how many were lost behind sofas, hoovered up or lost in the grass! Haha a blue Snaggletooth is a must now!
@@FlashbackTNT hi mate just thought I’d update you on my collection. I’ve now got all last 17 figures with all the blasters/accessories. Only need to get Waroks bow and R2D2s green lightsaber. Nearly there now. Incredible how pricey these accessories are though, isn’t it.
@FLAVCO excellent stuff mate, well done. Yeah I know what you mean, the pop up lightsaber is probably one of, if not the most expensive accessories too. More expensive than most figures!
Love it mate, just started my collection. All the best
Cheers mate, good luck on the journey 👍🏻
Whats happened mate.? is everything ok no videos for a long time.?
Hi mate, I've had a lot going on but hopefully I'll be back soon making videos! Thanks for asking, appreciate it.
@@FlashbackTNT Hope all is ok🙏Have a great Christmas mate.🎅👍
Thanks very much, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! All the best 👍🏻
Hi! Nice collection :) I'm also a PAL CiB fullset collector (241/243). Do you have any knowledge about different boxcover variants? For example there are two versions of Virtual Chess. I try collect them also :)
Thank you! Wow you're not far off a full set. Yes I have the two Virtual Chess variants! Although I'm not particularly on the lookout to get all the other ones, including the European variants for sports games etc.
Well spoken elaborated on opening video lad, fair play to you, embrace the pixelated nostalgia.☘️
Thank you 😊
The fact you were able to find a PAL version of StarCraft 64 in a decent boxed condition is mental. Every single copy of that game is absolutely ruined on eBay. I recently a mint condition gold console from Japan.
I had to import mine from Australia. Lucky to have it now!
Thank you so much for your nice sharing! really great~ my dear friend!! take care and have a beautiful day!!!
Thanks very much!
The Bolton fair reminds me alot lime the Coventry one. lots and lots of car and train dealers and not too many action figure stalls. But still... its a toy fair and that's all that counts.!!!
Yeah true, nice to get out and about and find things in the wild. Nice change from searching on ebay or Facebook groups!
@@FlashbackTNT Mate ebay has been a NO NO for me for a while now. its way too expensive 😫 I only buy from there if its somthing I really want or need and I can't find out in the wild...
Mate, bloody hell, I had the full collection up until the end of the 80s, and quite a few ships etc. I sold the lot for £20 😔 , this brings back lots of memories for me, and I loved the original Star wars films as a kid of the 80s. 😊 Just wish I still had them, I would've loved to do something like this. Brilliant content buddy👍🏻
Wow you had an awesome collection then mate. I think a lot of people sold off their toys back then, if only we knew eh?! Cheers mate, much appreciated 👍🏻
@@FlashbackTNT Welcome dude! 😊
Hey James, just popped over to ya channel dude, great to see another North East lad on the tubes man. You got some cracking games there. I'm just starting my SMS collection 😆. Metroid is class game too 👌🏻
Cheers mate! I'll look forward to watching you progress your SMS collection then 😁!
@@FlashbackTNT It'll probably be very slow process I reckon mate 😄
Great video buddy 👍👍
Thank you 😊
cool collection indeed , don't see vintage on ebay only the new versions guess they are rare coool video
Thanks 👍🏻
Delightfully cool video upload good work 🔥 🔥 👍🏆✅💥
Thanks a lot 👍🏻
NICE
Thanks 😊
Amazing collection mate! Liked & subbed. I have nearly all of them apart from the last 17. I do have Max Rebo, Sy Snootles and Droopy though. All I need is a decent 1977 r2d2. I might start collecting the final 17 figures when I have more cash coming in. Any chance you can tell me where you got the display cabinet from?
Thanks very much, it's really appreciated. The Last 17 will be a great journey to go on - albeit a somewhat expensive one at the moment! Prices have gone a bit mad. If I remember correctly the cabinet might have been from a website called Wayfair. It was available in a few different colours.
@@FlashbackTNT thanks. Yeah you’re right, plus the last 17 are a good investment no doubt! I’ve noticed the prices are going up. I guess the more they get snatched up the higher the prices will go. All the best!
@@FlashbackTNT hi mate just a quick word to say I’ve started collecting the last 17. I’ve got the A-Wing Pilot, Paploo and Anakin Skywalker on order. Bit pricey but obviously a good investment so why not? ☺️
@@FLAVCO thats awesome, what aren't start 😎 you'll have the 17 in no time!
@@FlashbackTNT just to let you know I’ve now got 6 last 17 figures with 2 more coming soon. Slowly getting there 👍
Great video bro.. I love hearing how people starting their collections and how they 1st came across Star Wars.. Like you, I was old enough to see star wars 1st time around. I 1st came across it during the re-release of the boxsets in 90s. since them I've been Mad on it.!! Great job. New subscriber here.
Thanks mate, really appreciate the kind words! May the force be with you 😄😎
Ghost of Tshushima is phenomenal. £7 is closer to a decent price fir Alien Trjlogy. You might have thought Tooty gave you a deal, but in the fine print he owns your soul now 🤣🤣 Dead Space Extraction and Okami are on my to get list. Mad Dog was an arcade game, one of those Video Disc live action jobs. I need to up my Wii Light Gun game collection. Great pickups mate 👍
Cheers mate! 👍🏻
Nice. I still kick myself for throwing all my boxes out when I was 12
Thanks Glen. Ah man I know, but it's what used to happen back in the day isn't it.
nice ps5 pick-ups mate, little nightmares, a fantastic game! I finally got a game cube mate and an n64 with my all-time fav, yoshis story! lol, the resident evil 3 remake was a big disappointment mate, they missed out on half the puzzles and stuff to the original, nice to see you're still posting video's, I will be posting more as I have a backlog to show, I have been concentrating on perfecting my Dreamcast collection, (love the GameCube console though such a neat tidy little thing that is) the memories of cashing and trading as a kid least you have sonic 2 now mate!
Thanks mate! Ah cool haha, you'll have to show them in a pick ups video. Be nice to hear you N64 memories. I still haven't played Resi 3 remake but its a shame then if they've missed out the puzzles, that's a big part of the fun.
Nice wii pick-ups mate 👌. Which shop in Newcastle was it? The one in the Grainger Market?
Thanks mate. Yeah it was the shop in Grainger Market. Well worth a visit. Thanks for watching.
When new videos coming?
Hopefully soon, can't believe where the time has gone. I've got one video left of this series so it would be nice to do. Thanks for taking the time to ask.
Heya! What a great collection behind you! Will deffo check out your other videos!
Thanks very much for your kind words!
@@FlashbackTNT pleasure mate! I only have two unboxed games for the n64 I’m sorry to say!
Cool video, great to see such amazing vintage Star Wars toys!
Thanks a lot 😎
Love your collection! I'm 54 years old and was an avid collector as a little kid. My pals and me would be at the toy store every week wishing we could buy every ship and playset but would be happy going home with one figure. I'll never forget the x-wing under the Christmas tree in 1978. Thanks for bringing back those happy times and keep the faith. Wish I could afford buying back my collection!
Thanks so much for the kind words, really means a lot and I'm really happy you've had a lovely nostalgia trip from watching my video. Thanks for sharing your memories too, I can only imagine how amazing it was seeing all those toys and figures on the shelves. Magical! Prices now are crazy, I've had to slow down myself on adding bits. Luckily I got a lot of my toys before the prices went mad. Hopefully you'll be able to add some pieces in the future if things calm down. Thanks for watching 😊
Absolute virgin.
Loving the recent video James, all caught up now lol. Great story on Sonic 2, our local Cash Converters was like that with the layout aswell in-store with the glass cabinets. Great video as always bud 🙂
Haha cheers mate! I loved Cash Converters back in the day, I always used it! Even bought golf clubs from there haha. Thanks for watching mate, hope you're keeping OK 👍🏻
Great memories of GoldenEye bud, now you have recorded those memories you will never forget them. Used to love the big heads cheat on GoldenEye aswell. Great video mate 🙂
Thanks mate, just seen this message. Exactly its nice to get the memories logged. Hope you're well mate.
Awesome grab for £50 bud, some great titles in there aswell. Like you I remember A-Spec from back in the day, what a game 🙂
Yeah it was a great game wasn't it. I'll have to get my original PS2 back from my mam and dad's! 😎
Stonking condition James, as you say who would trade that condition game in!!! Unreal lol! Great video as always mate 🙂
Cheers mate 🍻
Cant beleive i missed out on this... tbh since i've come off facebook i miss loads of event publicity. Top vid👍
It's a classic for me mate, been going years! You can check BP Toy Fairs for the full calendar of dates and places. Cheers bud 👍🏻
Some lovely additions to the collection mate This is a real mixed and massive haul!!! Really boosting those GC & Wii collections up! Wow Kirby is a big addition. I just sold my version in December too…. Take care mate
Thanks Craig. Yeah I had fun collecting for them for a while, nice not having to worry about the cardboard mint stuff lol. Kirby was yeah! Mad! Thanks for watching mate. Take it easy.
