I get what you’re saying. I enjoy conditioning with my cattle dog so it’s not a bummer for either of us to make that part of our day along with training. Guess it depends on the individual lifestyle of the owner and what the breed is built for.

My dog savages truck tyres, mountain climbs 30 foot cliffs , rolls in dead sheep, eats roo poo daily , digs holes big enough to burry a jumbo jet , Destroys Harley Davidson riders , as well as a whole heap of other things daily that I can't even mention here on you tube ! A little tennis ball ain't gonna stop my border collies ! You city slickers pffffff.

Just wonderd… if ur feeding them so many treats for everything they do will they not get pretty overweight eventually?? Just wondering becasue inuse there meals for training but everyone thats a dog trainer seems to use treats? Is that a concern if there getting like 50-100 treats trying to learn a skill??

My dog is not very food motivated or toy motivatied but she is high energy dog. Got any tips?
