Whenever you see horrible conditions like this around the world it is the lack of capitalism, freedom and liberty. When you have to many rules, strangling regulations and oppressive taxes this is what you get. Then throw in corruption. If allowed somebody would start a business to provide a solution. The private sector can always solve a problem. Capitalism works if allowed.
