Im wondering if Darris Smith may have had something to do with us getting Damon Wilson (obviously thta and NIL)
Mizzou men’s hoops team looks like they are playing without any pressure, and having a lot of fun. 🏀
Nice hat👍👍,good show. Thank you!
Kim Englishs senior season was amazing shooting from 3 almost 50% if I remember correctly
I know he wasn't as prolific as some of the guys named, but I always though Melvin Booker had a good shot and could make them in clutch moments.
Hey, Gabe. Very interesting episode. Quick question: If the 3-point line was in play, how many points would Joe Scott have scored (he had 46) vs Nebraska at Brewer Fieldhouse? Answer: 50+. And, this was from a really not so prolific scorer. When it is your night, it is YOUR NIGHT.
Great video. Thanks. It's always hard to compare players on different teams, but Gilbert and Grill do remind me a bit of each other.
Anothy Peeler stats Points: Third all-time with 1,970 points Assists: All-time leader with 497 assists Steals: All-time leader with 196 steals Free throws made: Second all-time with 522 Free throws attempted: Second all-time with 670 Field goals made: Fifth all-time with 666 Field goals attempted: Fifth all-time with 1,428 Single-season scoring: Eighth best with 678 points in 1992

Rush was the best crazy .
KU lost
Mark Atkins, Jason Sutherland, Melvin Booker
Don't forget Gilbert had 13 3's at Colorado. I'll never forget that
Matt Lawrence or Josh Kroenke
Good call on Kroenke.
People forget about Robertson, he'll, I did lol.. and my old school guy Paul O'Liney
I’m Sunny’s vintage and would certainly agree with you there. His was the first name that came to my mind.
AP for life!
❤❤❤❤ my dawg
Peeler was a soldier

Kassius Robertson Matt Lawrence Jabari Brown
Clarence Gilbert is my favorite Tiger ever. I admit he wasn't the greatest player ever, but when he started making shots, the building FELT different.
Veru exciting player
Thomas Gardner was the first three point specialist I remember
John McIntyre
Kassius Robertson and Jabari Brown
Kassius Robertson?
Loved Olivetti and Mark Adkins
Grill looked like Kevin Durant 🫢🤭🤩It was beautiful 😅 Matt Lawrence, Kareem Rush ,Clarence Gilbert, D Hodge 2many to remember.
Where was Peeler?

The first 3 years of Gates have been quite the roller coaster😂
Perkins tip in play of the season? Lol come on fellas. It certainly wasn't the biggest play of the game. Mark Mitchell 3 vs Kansas was obviously much bigger.
I love TO but that scout is out of his mind lol. Ant is playing his way towards the 1st round as a soph, Pierce has MASSIVE potential, far more than Barrett. And Boateng is certainly a more talented prospect as well. Hell, Mitchell Bates and Grill have a-better chance at getting a look in the league imo.
If you want to be a good team then Arkansas is a must win game. If they are happy squeaking into the tournament then it is a game they can lose.
Gabe, thanks for your dedication. PM in the AM is really cool. Especially, with the excitement last evening.
He absolutely said that. I was watching
I dont know what you're talking about(i am curious)but whatever it is pat Bradley or the play by play likely said it. They said Pierce was laying bricks at the line, they said the refs were excellent and right on all the reviews, Bradley called for Mitchell to miss both with 30 seconds left.
He was saying that about Last year’s team. He said I dont know if even adding Grill to the team last year even makes them a tournament team, NOT THIS YEARS TEAM. Just want to clear that up for some fellow southeastern 16 fans
Gabe getting 4 hours of sleep and me getting 4 hours of sleep is like the two Spidermans pointing at each other meme.
What a day to be a Tiger 🐯
Woke up at 7:15 pacific time and still excited Mizzou won last night. Hell yeah!
New fan of this kid. 🧠 💪
Trust in Gates, period! What coach in mizzou history has had a better first 3yrs then Gates has so far? Dont worry, I'll wait??? Gates BBQ, let him cook! ♨️💪🏾😅
Also his HS recruiting is looking GREAT. Ant and Pierce are fantastic talents and future pros, and every freshman in this class was ready for the big stage day one. And I love that they all have great size too. Coach seems to really value positional size and it's paying off big this year.
I'm so excited for football in 2025. Wish the season started sooner because I can't wait 7 months 😂
I still wanna fight that no good crew man. I can't make myself believe they were actually fixing it but sheesh. The hook and hold demanded by Golden was all time nonsense, and the three replays that could help us(the goaltend an obvious call) were seemingly hardly even looked at/considered. I watch refs stare at obvious calls for literal minutes nightly but those three replays which were at least borderline if not both flagrant plus the obvious goaltend took about 20 seconds total. They seemed to have an agenda.
Pretty much like the crew at the A&M football game in college station. The sec hates Mizzou. Just my opinion
@Rick-z4h I've wondered about it since we joined the league. It's not that discussions or any communication is had on "tough whistle for Mizzou", I think it's more simply subconscuous bias for the original SEC teams. Add into the mix that college hoops refs already do that for home teams as well as them being horrific at their jobs even when seeing things fairly and there are results like last night where you can't help but wonder what was going on.
I think its more about “home whistle agenda” home teams undoubtedly get more crucial/timely whistles even if the other road team wins the foul battle. The refs make sure the ones that really hurt the road team go against the road team at least in the SEC
@@dreigivetimpoolmassivewedg7646 last night was an abomination of horrible officiating
@@samthomas3383 I agree with you but home court should have ZERO impact on replay calls. Live play with a wild crowd and emotions having an effect is one thing. Giving the home team two insane calls while looking at the replay over and over while barely glancing at the replay three separate times when mizzou was in position to get a call their way via replay? That's sketchy.
MIZ couldn’t be happier
Big win tonight! Lot of bad calls (mostly against Mizzou) but we got lucky they didn't review that 3 point shot with Grill's foot on the line, felt like they reviewed pretty much everything else.
WE DID IT GABE GABE GABE.WE ARE A TOURNEY LOCK
Trap game for Florida, go Tigers!
Its going to be bad for us. MIZ looking forward to saturday though, we got to take care of business.
I’ve never felt so right being so wrong
Nice hat
We. WE. Man, you just love to hear it. Welcome home, brother.
On3 has 100% Ohio state getting him. If Mizzou steals him from the National Champs (soon to come) would be a very big get. I think these young kids are finally seeing playing time is better than going to a big name school. Mizzou has brought some stud DE to the NFL as of late.
Don’t pay attention to the percentages on On3. They are AI or something and they aren’t actual predictions
@ I don’t treat it as the gospel but it’s a decent indication of who they’re visiting. They don’t even have mizzou on his radar which I thought was funny.
@@jacobtyler8482it’s at 100 percent because their insiders put in predictions the second he entered the portal. Don’t put too much into the percentages.

Let the bidding began
The alumni sitting next to me made it very clear this coaches future is on the line. Teach your team to box out! Teach your team to not jump up on shooting fakes! Terrible!
Oh, I almost forgot. When you are on offense teach your wings to MOVE! Your opponents defense needs to not take for granted WHAT YOU ARE DOING!
We need more of these
