Did you use dessicated coconut?
Yes, desiccated coconut was used in this recipe! It’s finely ground to help create the right texture, but it’s different from coconut flour, which is much more absorbent and would make the mixture too dry. Using finely ground desiccated coconut should give you a nice consistency.
