Yeswelder Helmet And Goggles Review
มุมมอง 8K4 ปีที่แล้ว
This is my review on the YesWelder Welding Goggles with True Color Tech. The goggles are 7inches wide and 2 1/2inches tall. There are many pros and cons to consider. This video will go over that in detail. Pros include True Color Tech and wont fog up and some cons are the protective shield availability to lack of protection on the sides. Disclaimer: I asked them to send me the goggles so i could...

Different Linesman Pliers and Sidecutters for electricians
Hey bro , thanks for the video I got an interview this Wednesday with jll I have no experience besides the lab work I do with the schooling I’ve been going for under 2 years for electrician and some volunteer work with residential electrical. Wish me luck
@@Relentlesssworldtraveler good luck!
Made in China? 🤔
I work for spectrum and I’m a business technician and that fluke toner has helped me tremendously lol I just bought a Awp bag today I’m excited to use it haha
I had this model for a year, only thing i didnt like about it is the on/off switch broke after about 8 months, its a small plastic switch. Great clarity, good fit, i always used it over my FR head cover/face cover to protect my whole head/neck. Used it in an industrial setting for a year, and when i was in tight spaces. I always used the facecover with it...never just the goggles. Mainly on TIG pipe, some stick structure (nothing overhead).
@nscardino34 I only really used it to watch one or 2 welds the robot makes to see what's going on cause it takes up so little room but yea definitely not something for more than 1 or 2 welds a day
@@IndustrialMaintenance ......ive used it for up to 6 hrs in a day. Ima buy the newer model and see how it does now. They have a newer designed on/off switch now and type C charging for only $4 dollars more.
I apply to different families every other week 😂
What type of trade school are out there to get the most experience? I’m looking into A&P program but A&P doesn’t teach PLC.
👍👍
I'm gonna grab this, I'm an auto tech and occasionally do exhaust welding which for this price and the space it seems great for that. Snap on sells similar goggles and mask but they want 500 bucks for it which in my opinion is crazy.
Thank you for your help and these informations. I got asked those questions multiple times and i can confirm you know what youre talking about.
Wiha screwdrivers are always filthy
Mine are anyways haha
@@IndustrialMaintenance mine too, they look nice and slim but everything stick to them
Post more videos brother!
About to start again. Been focused on weightloss and family
thank you - great video demo. now i have an idea how to use mine. appreciate the time you took to help others.
Next time, just do a video tour of the pockets and options. No words necessary.
I'll take it into consideration
@@IndustrialMaintenance Thank you! I am retiring my tool belt of 22 years and we all know about muscle memory. This belt caught my eye but it is impossible to find a tour of the inside pockets. Not looking forward to retraining my body. Thanks.
We need a new set up from the new job. Love your videos bro. We do the same job actually
Ty! I do miss the robots thought, changes over to amazon for now
HF makes really nice tools you just can't buy the absolute cheapest thing in the store. Doyle is a good brand as well as Icon and Quinn makes good stuff as well. Lifetime warranty.
I've had a lot of there tools and still use many daily. The screw drivers work but I feel like there are better options. I haven't tried any icon ones yet though
Best multitool I've come across directed toward electricians is the Crescent Toolzall Pro Electrician. Pretty good pair of stripers, Philips head screwdriver is pretty nice and the flathead screwdrivers are pretty stout. Everything locks in very well and has a unique unlock system. Has one of the most aggressive little jab saws ive ever seen on a multitool and has a very impressive file. The blade definitely could be improved though.
They discontinued it when I was making this video, I need to look into it and check now
Thanks for the review. Only one on TH-cam!
Yep I actually started recording again so gonna start back up
Good I am a new starter I need your advice can you tell which way best to find building maintenance in apartment
Indeed or LinkedIn for sure
Great video
😊
I have a three decade old Craftsman professional lineman's pliers that still work very well to this day. I'm not an electrician by any means but I have cut many a wire with it.
I became a journeyman industrial mechanic, through aviation maintenance. Kind of crazy thinking back.
Now days a lot of operators that are good help are getting in. I love it and think it's great
Es chino no good
Hey I’m glad to see this! All I really see right now is a bunch of people talking about how gfuel is uncool or super cool likeeee. I actually bought a bunch because I want something to help me stop drinking pop and waiting for all of it to come. It makes me happy to hear someone else had done what I plan to do 8)
I took osha 30 class, class was free but job wouldn't pay, cost me a weeks pay to get that cert.
That's so crappy cause 99.9% of the time the company wants u to have it
Lineman's pliers are out, combination pliers are in and are more useful.
I still use linesman more I think
Nice, we all have the wera hex keys and knipex pliers, nothing else comes close.
Agreed
I have one. Works good, but like all goggles, sweat getting behind the seal (which doesn't seal) can be an issue.
Yep! Has pros and cons. Hard to replace the traditional hood
Wera Wera Wera !
I love my wera haha. And knipex
Older ideal linesman we're good
Those hands are too clean and manicured nails looking soft . This must be fake news .
New job doesn't make me look like I went swimming in filth haha, draw back is sometimes I feel like I got stuff done when I was covered in dirt.
most of that. but also an adjustable wrench, putty knife, and a pocket full of lens wipes.
Why the putty knife? Flex conveyors?
O Klein é meu sonho de consumo pena que não posso comprar
Try vde pb swiss, "swiss grip" screwdrivers. They are that comfortable in the hand that I dont like getting them dirty
I always wanted to try the Swiss Allen's but never saw the screwdriver
Can these plug in to a wall outlet or is it only battery powered?
Both
How I can get maxiflex gloves in bangladesh?
I'd guess amazon or ebay, I don't really know how the international works
Great advice man!
Thanks!
Failed second season. Pump design allows water to get on Motor shaft and rusts. Then motor overhears and fails. Very poor design. Too complex when a fountain pump can run for a decade
Sorry to hear that. I've had mine since I made the video without issues. The portability is so hard to pass on for me even if I had to buy one every couple years
Ima get these tools. Thanks bro
No problem! Anyone it helps I'm glad
I, too, have the original and love it. Just bought the mister fan. When the temps get into the 90's, the original has good air flow but I think the mister will do a better job cooling on those extremely hot days. As an aside, I'm going to figure out how to mount the original on the hood of my tractor to use when cutting the grass on those 90 degree days.
I still use electrical wire to mount mine to my mower haha
I'm an industrial electrician at a university power plant. In my left shirt pocket I have a pouch that I'll keep a sharpie, flashlight, pen, pencil, and highlighter. My right shirt pocket I'll keep a notebook. Front right pocket I have a Klein utility knife, and my wallet. Front left pocket I keep my phone. In the small pocket of my pants, formally the watch pocket I guess, I have an extra set of ear plugs. I don't like having any bulky crap in my back pockets because I have lower back problems, so my back right pocket I have a microfiber cloth for my glasses. In my right leg pocket on my pants I have strippers and a Klein multi driver. In my left leg pocket I have my lineman pliers, and a pair of channel locks. On my front right belt loop I have a carabiner with my high voltage gloves, and a LOTO lock. Right side belt loop I have the keys for work. Left side belt loop I have a leatherman wingman and sheath. On my hard hat I have a flashlight, and I took a pair of ear plugs and tied them to the back. I also have my watch which is a galaxy active 2 on my left wrist. Usually my meter will go on my front left belt loop.
Yea I wanna try out the fluke pocket sized meter but I don't think it's true RMS to reduce thr weight of my EDC
Milwaukee lines and dikes are probably the worst hand tools on the market. I’m a Klein guy but kind of want to try some other brands like crescent or kobalt.
Wera or knipex is my suggestion, love mine
Is their anyway of getting into the field without school?
A lot of welders/car mechanics/electricians do so yea just depends what ur experience is
Whats a good starting pay rate for a beginner? I'm in Tx
22 if u got some electrical experience or have some certs to back it up.
Thanks a ton for this video 💪 Subbed.
What brand are those color codes allen keys? Part number?
www.amazon.com/dp/B06XDCDHV8/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_03F5RNBTCZCBYCFZTTG3?psc=1
Well worth the money. Stripped out Allen's suck badly do good Allen's are worth it
@@IndustrialMaintenance Hell yea appreciate it man
@@hidros1461 anytime!
I feel like that would be great for TIG
Not as good as a normal hood, unless ur in really tight spots
Another berryglobal maintenance man here!
I'm currently amazon, we got a berry plastic 15mins from me
I'm in LFK.
O dang your from kc! Been watching for a while and didnt k ow you were so close. I'm starting out in maintenance in Lawrence ks.
I lived on 6th for a long time haha. Spent 10 years in Lawrence
I plugged up the soap nozzle and just use a foam cannon, but I never figured out how to use the strap. Maybe you could do video on how to use the strap? Thanks!
