Its a single player game with tacked on multiplayer, it was never "alive" but its not dead either. Wait times for ranked single match is like 30 seconds and there is no 3v3 players in ranked anymore 😒

The pvp on AC6 is an absolute dumpster fire full of napalm bombs.

and here i read the title and thought it was news for a new actual secret level in AC6 or a dlc patch or ANYTHING to impact this dying games withering heart ..... but no . once again its nothing .... its a show .....

AC6 IS dead bc Fromsoftware don’t understand how to give players enough tools to allow the community to carry the game. There is still a small active community in spite of this, but imagine how much better it would be if we just had objective based multiplayer modes to choose between. That is to say nothing of alternative versions of regular missions with more enemies or stronger enemy types, or wave-based survival modes you can play with friends on a team, with or without additional objectives and zones to defend during those waves etc. I do not understand why they made the most accessible entry in the franchise to date, and then ignored the multiplayer community when it comes to longevity. Being at the top of the leaderboards doesn’t mean a lot if hardly anybody is there for you to play against.

If the do a DLC like Ghost of Tsushima which was a single player game but got a coop PVE/PVPVE, raids/dungeons it double its playerbase which lead to a whole expansion that wasn't planned.

I was in Tokyo last month and unfortunately Nightfall was soldout everywhere and only Rusty kits and Ayre figures were available xD thankfully more kits are showing up now to buy online later. Currently I only got Rusty and 1 giant Nineball Seraph.

I think they must have changed something in addition to the patch notes. Maybe I'm crazy but I have like 200 hours on one AC. Now granted, I haven't played in a while so it's possible I'm imagining things. But I'm almost certain my AC had around 3500 Energy Supply Efficiency. Now I'm over 4000.

Why the fuck aren't they using common sense and balancing pve and pve separately?..... They've hurt all of their games except Elden Ring, because of this shit... SPLIT THE FUCKING BALANCING....

Those new kits are looking beautiful. Definitely gonna have to put some money aside for all the option sets and a Loader 4, but Milk Tooth is also on my to-get list.

Make DLC for the game. Also the secret level segment is going to suck. It's Amazong Prime... It features segments from other games... One of them Concord... It's woke.

I just played a few missions today! Still a fun game, beat it earlier in the year. I am also working on the steel haze 30 mm kit!!

The Game awards is the new pandering award. they alter Wokong's score and audience weight is just 10% while the jury's 90% on grading a game.

As someone who played a lot For Answer in co-op with a friend, im disappointed the only way to play co-op in AC6 is with a PC mod. Monster Hunter feels great to play single player or in a party, I get bored chasing rats all around the map in AC6 ranked. I like the single player campaign more but I guess I'll just have to wait until I get a PC for AC6 co-op🤷.

along with other people's assumptions, i think this episode is going to take inspiration from the past 3 gens and combine them into one (mostly because of the use of a V.O.B. in the first trailer) for a (most likely) non-canon alternate universe story. also, dunno if you've seen secret level's official website, but it describes the armored core episode as being set in a "frostbitten frontier world". i'm literally checking it out now, there's so much more stuff to look at, including image files and a code we'll be able to eventually put in. i'd definitely recommend checking it out whenever you have the time!

Honestly if AC6 decides to add Right handed blades as a result of Secret level, I would be more than happy to have multi-melee builds

If we do get a DLC, I am really hoping for new parts from secret level, as well as shoulder parts because why did they not have them?

As a console player, I did notice a large increase in duckett use. Though most people on console Ive discussed it with, didnt understand why FromSoft nerfed the damage of all things. Nobody really uses ducketts for their damage. They have great impact buildup on a shot by shot basis, so theyre an impact builder not a damage dealer.

I really can't wait for the that secret level episode of Armored Core, it is going to be epic! Funnily enough, I got S rank using Ducketts on PC, but they didn't need much of a recoil nerf as they did, still good though. Lastly, seeing as their isn't a ranked reset yet, that announcement seems more likely as to me they are waiting first before doing another ranked reset.

Said this when this came out. That frame looks like a midweight Schneider frame, the right blade looks similar to the Taros (the blade not the physical unit) being wide and blue, although I could be reaching. The shotgun looks like a sawed off haldeman, which IMO reminds me of the Mburucuya from AC4/FA. I am hoping we get more parts based on this.

Still loving AC6 and doesnt feel like it's a dead game. Play on PSN and close to 2k players in S rank singles. It's not a live service game, but there is a core fanbase that is still loving it

I’m so interested in what they’re gonna do with the Secret Level episode. Especially if it’s over half an hour long? Oh God my heart can’t take it 😂 they could use the episode to set up AC6.5 or 7. There’s games they’re making episodes for that haven’t even released yet (Outer Worlds 2) so we have the potential to get prequels or sequel episodes to these games. So exciting!

with the right handed weapon situation, im betting the footage is just mirrored, also im REALLY hoping those frames are in whatever continuation AC6 gets, because all the weapons in that scene are from the latest game.
