Your assessment of this beautiful watch failed. Great things take time to be appreciated. This model by far is the best ahead of snow and sky flake, and don't even mention colored dials. It's pure class. The holes by the way are so you can easily change straps.
Die 104 mit arabischen Ziffern gefällt mir besser.
@@hornsby5533 each to their own 🤷♂️☺️
My favorite movie watch is my James Bond Omega Seamaster. I bought mine in 2000, and still keeping excellent time.😃👍👍
@@matthewfriend6672 great choice !
A watch that's so precious to me
5th gen watch....good looking and screchproof
Is the 10 oclock crown screwdown ?
@@Tedpac1 no it’s not, has a gasket though. This is also discontinued been updated with V2
Loved your review. Very refreshing and different from regular watch reviews. Have got the same model and lovely dial, which appears pearl in low light conditios. Thank you!
@@Vicky88456 thanks for watching and kind words
Is it me or the bezel seems to be misaligned? The 24hr number is slightly to the right of the 12 hr double marker
It has a rotating bezel since it’s a gmt.
Great review! The white dial is absolutely stunning the only thing I don't like is the green color from the lume on the hands and indices. I wish they would use bgw9 or a different lume that was white in daylight.
Nice addition of the Fisher AG7. ;)
Is it still worth getting this model now, the V2 model at $450 aud? The latest version now has on-the-fly microadjustable clasp, and the second crown is now screwed... I have heard reviews of your model - the v2 - is prone to be shifting the inner bezel, at the slightest touch on the 10 oclock crown.
@@fungorilla zero issues with the crown shifting the bezel. It’s actually slightly notched so not sure how reviews say this 🤷♂️ I don’t have the upgraded clasp but it would certainly be a nice addition
@@mracekproductions nice one. Thanks for sharing. Do you still own it? Any good?
@@fungorilla yes i still own this one. Great piece
Incredible video, thank you ❤
@@Arsenico18 you’re welcome and thanks
I keep coming back to that model. This watch would hold a perfect position half way between a rugged and manly piece and something more classy and dressed.
Finally caved and bought one, brand new with a green dial. Instant favorite!
Does it track 2 or 3 time zones?
A watch for weebs. That's definitely a new one. And holy crap, even some Chinese watchmakers would be embarrassed to ship their product with that clasp. Love Zenith, by the way.
The stamped bracelet was done on purpose to replicate the vintage vibe
The Explorer R got small dot at bottom 😅
Fantastic creativity and execution. Loved their intro video on their website/TH-cam!
Chiming starts at 04:17
Just got my for my 35th birthdays. They are selling them now for a very good price as its coming to end of production. I love them.
Not a sailcloth guy here. They are stiff and somewhat cardboard looking. Artificial all the way through. Not extremely breathable and not very absorbent too. Very hard to clean with soap and not only clean water. The wrist sweaters like on a rubber straps. Hence the cleaning needed. Sailcloth also can get stained easily on chlorine for example from a swimming pool. As for Artem ….. they have sent tons of their straps all around YT and now I do feel like I’m about to throw up only when I read their name 🤢
@@MrPyroblastic 3 year old review you’re commenting on so certainly well experienced with Artem straps. Still have the same ones and no issues that you speak of 🤷♂️
Looks like a tissot prx chrono
I’ve literally watched them all. This one makes me feel like modern Neo from the matrix while I wear my Explorer 36
Many mistake the spring drive to be a quartz movement compared by a mainspring. The magic is there is no battery here, all the power for the quartz oscillator, IC and Electromagnetic braking/regulation are all derived from the mainspring. So essentially instead of the escapement, you have the tri synchro regulator. Technology aside, GS never really appealed to me as I always found them outdated stylistically, but this one is a beauty, a classic case of less is more with the timeless white/silver dial and elegant case.
That is a beautiful watch, but ugly blue strap. Looks like a rag.
Fantastic
Lovely watch. Not sure I'd part with my BB54 for it though.
Come on... Come on. A watch named "Autodromo Group B Stage IV?" Yes it is giving that Lancia vs Audi Vibe. I'm East African and this is nostalgic
Can you please the brand name of that waffle rubber strap
Uncle Seiko straps
So clear like putting it on my wrist watching. I like this review.
Thanks
Wow, that impression. But just tried one on yesterday. Awesome feeling watch!
😂 thanks … I think
I’m a new watch enthusiast. Could someone explain to me why higher end brands wouldn’t always use hardened steel on their watches?
Good question
Customers aren't asking for it
What about water resistance in the second crown?
It’s got a gasket no issues worn it swimming 🏊 plenty of times
@@mracekproductionsThanks. Did you notice any quality issues?
@@jazz1ba no very good quality. I’ve had 3 Traskas now and wife also has one. So far so good
This is the nicest GS I’ve seen. Nice review.
thanks !
Why that lollipop hand is so much gorgeous that almost suits on all type of watches? Always looks better than normal hands or arrow hands
I bought the Meistersinger Primatik 365 limited edition and I love the look of it. 😊
Your videos have a real « you’re terrific » vibe to them, which is high praise in my book.
Very kind thanks !
What is the blue strap on the side at @0:34? Does it fit the Venturer?
That’s an Artem loopless sail cloth strap. Yes it fits. Pics on my IG page
I love it. I just love it.
Very nearly needed 300mts of water resistance in the movie!!!
😂
I have this watch on a similar black strap. And i love your background music. Fits this watch review perfectly!
Just added this watch to my collection loved it first time I saw it and after closer inspection absolutely beautiful, So much fine detail the pictures don't really do justice 😍
Just found your channel. Great production value. Keep it up 👍
Molto bello, ma 43 mm di diametro cassa sono troppi. 39 - 40 mm sarebbe un gran pezzo! e magari lo comprerei
The sailcloth on my Blancpain Fifty Fathoms is wonderful and really durable, this was a interesting comparison! The only downside on the OEM Blancpain sailcloth strap is the price but it is still worth it, but then again for a watch from the oldest watchmakers and for a premium watch it is what is expected. However I got the blue Fifty Fathoms in titanium and I would like to try it on a black strap and for just trying the BP strap is bit high :D
For me though it is ”the one”… :-)
That’s awesome!
I have an Artem strap. It's gorgeous. With the QR spring bar, I can switch it back and forth between my Hamilton Field Khaki (black dial), Hamilton Field Explorer (white dial), Omega Moonwatch (black dial) and Breitling Super Ocean (orange dial). It looks super on all of them. With and 8-1/4 inch wrist, the "long" strap is perfect for me. I'd recommend it for any sports watch; I think it may be too brawny for a thin dress watch. Speaking of OEM, the markup for OEM straps is ridiculous. I went into the Omega store and they had a rubber strap not as nice as the one I got from Strap Tailor for $60, for nearly $300, and a Nato for $170 that wasn't any better than a $36 Blushark.
Stunning watch. I will buy it today!
Excellent video. However, I have a constructive criticism. You should try to improve the lighting of your studios a little bit. The light source needs to be a bit more diffused. For instance, WatchGecko recently reviewed the same watch, but due to diffused light source, the watch is looking better on his channel. Keep it up!
Beautiful watch that has all the cool hallmark Breitling features.
I’d happily pay another couple hundred for an eta or sellita movement. I can’t stand that miyota rotor 😭
I don’t find it loud at all. My autodromo on the other hand….
May I know which miyota movement you are using and watch model you used ? Thanks
