interesting, as the Collermaster CM12V was acutally used on intel 775 cpus back in the days. but getting the 4 pin pwm version was rare, as it was always sold as 3 pin because most of the mainboards back then didnt have pwm header as it was "too new technology".

strange that this has the HANA chich since the original xbox 360 that came out was missing this since it did not have an HDMI. the original xbox 360 missing the HDMI had the ANA chip HANA chip came out once the HDMI was put in the 360.

Hello sir, I would like to downgrade my Xbox 360 Demo Kit to the point where I can have the good old Blades dashboard. My flash is 14719.0 And XDK is 2119.0 I want my flash or dashboard to be 6717.0 I heard that its possible to either downgrade or upgrade an XDK console. I am new to the XDK world, may someone please tell me what to do? Thank you. I will definitely appreciate it! Sorry for asking you many times

Interesting prototype, I do notice however it is missing the extra RAM that is present in the actual debug unit (well, I notice the empty spaces). I wonder if the MCPX in this version has different encryption keys than standard retail units. Only way to tell at minimal risk of damaging it would be to attach a modchip with a vanilla retail kernel from a retail machine flashed to it. If the encryption key is different, it would in theory fail to boot. It already has the pin header soldered, so in theory only one wire needs to be soldered to D0 to try it. Going further and extracting the whole MCPX boot rom from this would be even more intriguing, but that involves using the gate #20 exploit. I don't know if any dumping program to put at the top of flash is public anywhere...

Some things I noticed are that it has a focus video encoder and a 256k flash which means they were planning what we know as revision 1.4 in 2002. It also has a maxtor hdd. The retails only had seagate 10gb's or wd 8gb's.

I wish they made the green theme standard, makes the console feel more alive.

hey i found an xbox that looks exactly like this but im not sure if its the same thing, it has the 160gb hard drive. i have no power supply for it. do you know where i can get one?
