I have a Yamaha TX-802 and an original Kurzweil K-2000r, but that BX1 looks like a winner. I have no room for an extra keyboard synth, but I may have to reconsider.

The fact that DX1 was cloned amazed me, but I'd at least like the Pitch EG to hopefully not be applied to all operators (like the original):but separately to each. Since behringer has experience with modulation matrices, one of those were even be better. Given amazing present instruments such as the KORG Opsix, I admittedly don't really see the point of a DX1 clone. I myself have its brother, the DX5, and don't even rate it higher than the DX7IIFD. DX1 & 5 are, above all great looking. An analog filter, I personally never missed with FM synths, is hopefully not the only highlight beside Poly-AT & the noble optics.

My bet is that the BCS3 will debut tomorrow! You're gonna live the Drumbrute Impact. It sounds great, its easy to use. Nice touch on the white version!

Folks love the casts and the commentaries for good reason. It's all good, but the earlier days were more live jams which are some kind of special. I still think a proper mixer plus MIDI split mappings off the Hydra (and maybe Juno as well) could be a "next level" revelation for you live. Tons talk gear; few dish up what you do live. More of that, please.

I don’t think the Leviasynth will be a master keyboard capable of doing everything (that would significantly drive up the price, and I believe the success of the Hydrasynth lies in its design AND its price point). I expect it to be more of an evolution of the Hydrasynth. For example, I don’t anticipate it being a competitor to instruments like the Yamaha Montage or Roland Fantom. My guess is that ASM likely doesn’t have an extensive library of samples ready for such a product, meaning they would need to source them externally, which would again increase the price. Instead, I hope the focus will be on enabling users to transfer their own samples and wavetables.
