This is the first time I’ve seen a Yorx product marketed under the name York. I wonder if that was a regional difference. In any case, all of these units were sold under many different names, and manufactured overseas.

Is it nessasary to go through the siny download thingy, or can i simply copy files onto it?

hé Sony and all others, you need to call microsoft or windows or who ever or just buy the hole thing because I am getting fed up with these mp3 players that my laptop doesnt recognise to even put music in. 3 days now trying everything I can find an still nada. wow I'm going nuts over here. So why do I have to fix this? it should be plug and there it is. what good is a player that you cant put music in???

Can a user use a NON-Sony MP3 player (a generic off-brand MP3 player) to transfer music with the Sony Music Center app? The Sony Music Center app only seems to allow/recognize Genuine Sony devices.

I also bought one after my iPod broke down. What bothers me, however, is that you don't have the date or time on the device. Otherwise it's a good mp3 player.

So if I go onto the music folder I can delete the songs it came with?

i see two types of this vinyl edition CDs "normal" (cyan?) version and AZO version, can not get the azo tho :(

Im so tempted to get one of these. Im just having trouble getting mp3 files for an affordable. Ive been burning cds for a month or so. Im wanting to either dig out my old mp3 or get a new one (probably this one).
