The BEST All-in-one car scanner? Launch X431 Elite BBA Review
Launch X431 BBA on Amazon (affiliate): locally.link/E0p2
Who needs expensive dealership level tools like ISTA, VCDS and Xentry, when one tablet can do it all in one easy, and fairly inexpensive package? This is the LAUNCH X431 Elite BBA. That last part is the important one - BBA stands for Benz, BMW, and Audi. This specific model actually does the full VAG group, so VW, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Bugatti, Skoda and Seat, along with Mercedes, Smart, Maybach and Sprinter vans, plus BMW, Rolls Royce and Mini - all from this one little tablet. It’s not just a basic OBD code reader either - this does full module scans with dealership level codes, the same as something like VCDS does for VAG cars, or ISTA does for BMWs. You’ve also got access to a decent list of service functions, things like setting the electric handbrake into pad change mode for example, plus a bunch of coding options, like enabling hidden features, or just outright coding new functions into various modules. Pretty impressive for one bit of hardware, right?

Dacia Duster 2023 Review - TCe 150 + DSG
มุมมอง 17Kปีที่แล้ว
If you insist on buying an SUV, the 2023 model Dacia Duster might be your best bet. It's not luxury by any stretch of the imagination, but at ~£24,000 brand new in stock right now, it's one of the cheapest cars you can buy full stop. Paired with the higher horsepower TCe 150 engine and a 6 speed DSG transmission, it's a much more well rounded build than the TCe 90 I reviewed last year. Car phon...
THE DEALERSHIP WANTED HOW MUCH FOR THIS???
มุมมอง 961ปีที่แล้ว
This is the video the Peugeot dealership sent to the owner of this 308, and this is the invoice to replace just the front brake pads and discs. £432 for two discs and four pads. That is absolutely insane! You can buy the same quality parts for well under half of that, and even if you didn’t have any tools at all, still do it yourself for less money that they want to charge. Seriously! Brake Cal...
Should You Buy a CAT N Car? 2 Year Update

BMW 5 Series Rear Shocks and Springs Replacement
มุมมอง 47Kปีที่แล้ว
When your friend sends you a clip that looks like this, you pack your car full of tools and drive straight to the parts store to pick up two new springs. Ideally while laughing at your friend for not noticing the problem for potentially hundreds of miles of driving. This type of failure on what otherwise looks like a fairly new spring is pretty uncommon, but for the mileage on this car - around...

A Christmas Present to Myself - Audi S4 Brake Upgrade!
มุมมอง 4.3K2 ปีที่แล้ว
The brakes on my 2013 S4 are… fine. They’re fine. I mean, they have a pretty strong vibration at anything over 100 MPH as I found out on the track day, but for road use they’re… fine. What I think Audi should have put on instead are these, the 4 piston Brembo calipers from the bigger brother Audi Q5. You can actually get these on just the 2L TDI, and yet they are considerably better than the si...
YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE DRIVING FOR CHRISTMAS!!

SUPERCAR EXPERIENCE DAYS ARE A SCAM
มุมมอง 22K2 ปีที่แล้ว
With Christmas coming up, you - or your family members - might be considering getting a supercar experience day. I’ve done a whole load of them at tracks across the country and I think there are some things that you should know. While I do apologise for the sensationalist title - TH-cam is a fickle beast - and while I’m sure many have enjoyed their supercar “blasts”, it’s not quite what it seem...

Can this device reprogram the vin on a transmission. (reprogramming a transmission pulled from a crashed car to a another car)?
Wow, an oil chainge guide😌
I can't get insurance on one
What about the silverstone experience?
Don’t listen to this video. I have n57n f15 300k km on it and never change timing chains!!! 1. Change oil and filter around 7-10k km and use premium oil with zinc. It’s not cheap! 2. Change Air filter 2 times per year. 3. This step is very important. Change 2 times per year fuel filter and NEVER use additives if the filter is not new! 4. Gearbox & turbo solenoids & adaptions. one time change at 100k km. 6. Clean inlet manifold at 100k. 5. If is X drive buy the long spline axle and calibrate transfer box. **Doing what I say timing belt can last 300k km easily without rattling. And don’t remove EGR because you need dpf cleaning more quick and your exhaust will be black. I am clear enough! So don’t trust diagnostics & thieves on the 5 things I mentioned. It’s a rule
Hallo, ich bin auf dein Video gestossen da der Ölverbrauch bei Audi so hoch ist wie sieht aus mit diesem Öl ist gut danke
Somebody dosn’t know how to tighten an oil filter.
You should have brought the A3 2.0t the 3.0 is hot garbage.
I bought a new helmet from Merlin at Castle Combe a few years ago. They were doing an experience day at the time with an Ariel Atom for cheap so I thought it'd be perfect to test out the comfort and field of view of my new helmet. It started to rain as I was waiting, so they stopped doing the Atom. Fair enough, except they wouldn't refund me. Begrudgingly did a few laps in a GTR and decided to basically blank the instructor. Was nowhere near the limit as they had a chicane on pretty much every straight and it was wet, but the guy was screaming his head off at me to brake (when I already was) on the second half of every straight. Shit experience, helmet was great though
I have a 2010 F10 530d. The brakes are still the same , exaust also, springs also. Nothing has been changed . 178000km. Perfect car and very economic on the highway.
If u think audi reliable ? Think twice before buying one
10k miles oil change is asking for trouble no oil lasts 10k nor 7k 5k is ok
Yeah Imma do mine every 7k kilometers
Do not remove trailing arm Just have someone step on rotor push down and wiggle shock out 👍🏻
Crap
Bored
Can any one explain my why so much failures on water pump? Bad series or what? I was in saloon and mechanic told me one guy wanted full return on new a5 2.0tfsi cuz in one year two times pump failure. On my 5 years 4 water pump failures good its all on waranty.
Read this comment before following this tutorial: To his credit, this is probably the simplest and most useful tutorial I’ve found to do this job, but he did a few unnecessary things and missed one thing that made this a 6 hour nightmare. Before taking off the mount, raise the right side of the car and remove the front wheel and dirt shield. This will make accessing the belt significantly easier. Then, don’t bother removing the four bolts from the engine. Only remove the one 18mm and the ground from the bottom, and raise the engine just until you can fit the wrench in the tensioner. Then follow the tutorial, but put the belt on from the side, and put the crankshaft one on last. You can use a wrench on the center bolt of the crankshaft to turn it and pull the belt into place. When I tried following this tutorial, the access and vision was just too poor. I spent six hours trying to get the belt on, and when I thought I finally had, it was not aligned properly and came off immediately after turning the engine on. There was no way to see the misalignment from the top. Using my method, start to finish was just over an hour. To be clear, I appreciate the tutorial, but you really downplayed how difficult it is to get the belt on properly.
I took my car to the dealer (no issues) got it back with my interior lights dimmed and my transmission thowing a malfunction. They did a TCM recall and wanted to ask if this would help. Also have a gateway protection code im sure thats why my lights are dimmed
Thanks nice guy , I’m thinking of one !!
Friend, I have a 2010 Audi Q7 TDI. I changed the sound amplifier. and the radio was blocked, now it is with Component protection active. Can you sell me the vag com cable and the software to unlock?
Took my son to one of these days few years ago same nonsense with insurance but i did think it was just a money maker

Great video thoughts on the Audi S3?
Did this dude just say 1 oil change a year 🤨💀 dude I do an oil change at every 3k miles, you should never be going above 5000 miles if you need a oil change
Should I try this software owning Autel Elite scan tool for years? Does it have something special? I have found this adapter(old one, USB), downloaded software, looks like it recognized the adapter..
How long does it take you to take the oil to 40° ?
Buy a decent jack plus axle stands, if not, when your lay in your hospital bed, you will have plenty of time to refl ect.....you now have no money coming in.....your kids are distressed, your boss needs you back in.....will you ever be back to normal....? unlikely..........................never mind, at least you saved 200 quid....YOU ARE GETTING UNDER A 1 TONNE PLUS LUMP OF METAL...make sure your safe for your family, don't be selfish.....
Blue m3 ❤
What are the cost of parts and labor cost if getting done at the dealer?
What is the price of that scanner and where to order?
Great video thankyou.
Defeat start stop to save battery air con compressor, and starter motor
The R50 and R53 are different animals in many ways. You should be clear in titles and descriptions, please
Please for the love of god don’t go over 5k before changing oil… what are you a 18yo girl 1:46
hi, i have VW jetta TDI 2014 manual transmission with 140k km done, and now planning to buy a used audi A6 V6 3.OT with low mileage around 40k-50k km, please suggest should i go forward or it can cost me more in long run like all you explained, engine leak, and some explained about catalytic converter issues which so near to engine that it get bad due to hight heat. plz suggest , thanks
Mine says reinstall vacuum hose at intake, manifold or fuel pressure regulator code P492 indicates a fault in the bank to secondary air injection system for a predetermined period of time. How do I do that lol
Jeeezzzzz, puts you right off diesel BMW’s 😔 maybe you need to buy 2, one to drive while one is being repaired 😤
🥱🥱🥱
Thank You!
Good info and spot on, on what happens to these. I would add - the catalytic converter issue - they are too close to the hot. Not sure what is on UK cars, but here in the US - cats are an issue. Gotta pay for the fun vs the boring of a Toyota, right?
They’re absolute shite, biggest waste of money
Are these more reliable paired with a manual gearbox or auto? Not sure if I want to get a sq5 or like a a7 or stick to a manual s5 or s4
Great car my b8.5 was refined a bit but still had some issues the b8 has I don’t think that pcv getting stuck open and closed is a issue anymore on mine
I’m going to an experience day on Saturday but I’m 9
What made you change the subframe bushing ? What were the simptoms ?
A bit of a prat whose youth precludes him from having the years of driving experience to ADAPT!! All cars are different. FGS, he even calls it a 1500cc engine, when it's actually 1332cc.
Thanks for this mate !! Helped me diagnose a bad connection to mine 😊
You were tightening the nut when it snapped off
