    There is nothing we can do that will justify if we are saved or not. It is through the grace of God. We believe that Jesus died on the cross for us. And when you TRULY believe, you will WANT to learn more about Him, be like Him, obey Him. Thus if one said I believe but then I still continue to sin, since I will be saved. To that person I say in your heart, you do not really believe . This is from my personal experience. When you truly believe in Him, you will change. Bonus: as you become closer to God, you will have many experiences with God that makes you realise yes! God is real! Jesus is real!

    Numerous examples in the Bible of sinners being forgiven and counted as righteous. David- commited adultery, homosexuality and murder, was counted by God as righteous. Solomon- took on hundreds of wives and concubines and under their influence worshipped false gods and blashphemed. He was counted as righeous. The bandid on the cross- complete degenerate, sinned all his life. Jesus Christ himself tells him that he(the bandit) will be will HIm( Jesus) in Heaven the very same day. Can we sin freely? Yes. In fact, as self-righteous as you may think you are, you commit acts that would be considered sin if we were under the law. We DO sin every day. We never stop commiting acts that are by no means holy. Yet, despite our flesh remaining sinful and carnal, we are still saved because the new man within us, driven by the Holly Spirit is sinless, reborn in Christ. He that believe on the Son of God hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation( in the future). Our good deeds are solely for the profitability of man. They do not add or prove our salvation. Because whosoever offends the law in one point is guilty of all ( James 2:10). So, that is why we need a Savior and it's funny how Calvinists, lordship salvationists and the like do good works only to boast. They never stop speaking about what they did.

    Got a late start this morning while on assignment but I’m so grateful that I can watch, learn, and praise God with my home church. Thank you Pastor Jim for a great reminder of all we have in the Holy Father and that like Job, if we ever feel alone on this earth, we can be assured that we never are. And our faith in the Holy Father’s plans is the one thing no one can take from us and the one thing we must choose to hold tight to in all circumstances. 💛

    Perfect timing message. So needed. What an awesome sermon and one that should be heard. Beautiful. Then, the sermon, the following week again, was needed. Thank you for hitting the heart, and will continue. Praise the Lord for the Bible that he has given us and have the ability to learn from. Christ is our true rescuer.

    Pro-life doesn’t mean against abortion it’s 2 words pro meaning in favour of and life meaning a living creature, you could pro life for animals, you could be pro life for plants. Pro life doesn’t specifically mean anti abortion, pro life just means everyone deserves to live and keep life so you should go and call yourself anti abortion instead of pro life because you’re not pro life when you believe in state sanctioned killing.

  • @imdoc7872
    @imdoc7872 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Pro life does not end in utero. Life is to be respected at every stage. If you are Christian you must be for life. If you are pro death penalty then you missed the point. Jesus died for our sins and he was against capital punishment. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. This issue has become politicized with incongruent and diametrically opposing views by the GOP and the democrats (pro-life and pro death penalty and pro-choice and anti death penalty). Killing is wrong no matter the circumstances.

    Christians spend way too much time thinking about sin. Instead think about love. Focus on Jesus' Two GREAT COMMANDMENTS. They will raise you up and create bliss in your body. Great high!!!!!!!

  • @pedroparamo891

    completly wrong. Christians can and should be against both. I am. We believe in forgiveness and we believe that a sin is different from the sinner, we also believe God is the only one who can decide to take a life. We´re pro life and that means against dead penalty too (Yes, for whatever reason)

    Need SALVATION? In order TO GET SAVED you must believe in the Gospel, which was given to PAUL by Jesus Christ (Rom 16:25; Gal1:11-12) for us Gentiles today…..which is: -That Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures -and that He was buried -and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures (1 Cor 15:1-4) **Note: “according to the scriptures” means it was preached before hand in the word of God. Other versus reinforcing your Salvation by the Gospel. Rom 1:16 (Salvation?!?! who wrote Romans??) Rom 2:16 (God will judge by who’s Gospel??) 2 Cor 4:3-4 (Those who don’t understand are??) Gal 1: 6-9; (Preach no other Gospel please!!) Eph 1:13; (Sealed with the Holy Spirit when???) Eph 3:1-7 (How are the Gentiles Heirs??) 1 Thess 4:14 (There goes that Gospel again!) 2 Thess 1:6-8 (Scary if you don’t believe!!!) Rom 10:9 (Believing must be from the heart) EVERY WRITER of these books are Paul aka Saul (Acts 13:9). He’s going through each city, as the Holy Spirit leads him (Acts 13:2), to preach the message of the Gospel because God commissioned Paul in Acts that he would bear Jesus name to the Gentiles (Acts 9:15; 26:14-18). The Gospel or the good news is that Christ is not dead as everyone thought, but His death was accomplished to actually save us from our sins and by Him being raised from the dead, He now lives and we can be confident we will live too because we’re sealed with the Holy Spirit (Rom 8:11; Eph 1:13)…isn’t that good NEWs?????????

    9/16/2023 - even if you believe that Christ died for our sins, his death applied only to the sins, then existing, not the sins of people yet to be born. There’s nothing in the Bible that states hat Christ’s death prevents us from desiring sinful acts. As a matter of fact, all humans, desire, sinful acts. The whole thing about Christ died for our sins is an invention, a myth, it’s just not true. Christ was killed by the Jews because he violated the Jews’ law.
