At about 16:58, is the Tesla adjusting the distance between it and the car in front or is it just using the speed setting?

I really like the signature red! I hope our children get to see lines of electric cars as the norm and not the exception.... I always wondered how and why there were so many crashes lately involving Tesla vehicles. You clearly demonstrated the responsibility in using this system. Ultimately the driver is responsible for overseeing and immediately taking control of the vehicle when it is required. Furthermore it appears to me that most people have no clear understanding of how this system functions and the limitations it has in reference to certain circumstances. Good job demonstrating how to properly use this system.

If a car autopilot decides to kill the least possible people in a crash scenario, does it go to heaven?

What happens if the car is going to hit a person, but by avoiding them it is set on a guaranteed collision course with a different person. How does the care "decide" which person to kill? Sure, it spares one person, but it objectively chooses to kill the other. Who is to be held responsible if the car takes away control from the driver and ends up killing someone because it saw no other option during execution of its collision avoidance algorithm?
