19 months sober

I think 4:50 might've just changed my life. Been struggling with AA for a year now cause I could never understand step 3. I think now I do. I could cry. Thank you Joe and Charlie. Thank you AA. Thank you to anyone listening to this. I know it means you want better for yourself and everyone around you.

Best ever. Saved me 26 years ago. Doing it again. Amazing. The true message.

100 days Honesty was the Key for me

Here in AA Mangalore, India we are having a Big Book Study meetings. What better resource than the Joe & Charlie Tapes; for years ago I had participated in the same in Mumbai (Bombay) at my Sponsor's home with other AA members. I am ever indebted to J&C. 🙏

God is so good I relate to these guys so much I was raised Southern Baptist Im over 100 days sober these guys are the best

Is it me or did the audio repeat at like 40 mins?

In 2000 i attended a Big Book Study, conducted by my Sponsor in Mumbai. After the F2F meeting, once a week for several months. After covering Step 5, we were all asked to work the 12 Step Program after finding a Sponsor as guide. The Joe & Charlie Cassette Tapes were so useful then. Even now, when we are conducting a weekly BB Study meeting at the Open Door Group of AA, Mangalore, i need to hear the J&C Tapes again. That's why i landed at this video in TH-cam.🙏

Doctor Silkworth told Bill Wilson that once he had developed the alcoholic mind, he would never be able to safely drink again. This is something that many alcoholics still don't understand when they work Step 1.When somebody admits they are alcoholic. They need to understand that they can never safely drink or use again

Not just any woman financed Columbus - a rich, married woman with a powerful husband. 😅

Thank you this study guide is helping me and my wife tremendously the illness almost killed us our relationship and family so finding a solution has been a god send literally 😭
