God Bless Joe and Charlie and those who put these talks here. These guys changed my understanding and experience of the program and my life for over quarter of a century now 🙏
The Big Book has sold 30,000,000 (30 million) copies and has been translated into 67 different languages. The Library of Congress it #10 out of the 25 most influential books in the history of USA. The original manuscript that Bill Wilson wrote recently sold for $2.4 million dollars. It has helped millions of people that have problems with alcohol. Bill Wilson wrote this book in a very short time because he was a scribe writing down what God told Him to write. Bill took the 6 Steps of the Oxford Group and the 4 Absolutes and wrote down the 12 Steps. What he wrote was corrected to be more inclusive and less accusing when the Book was edited by the first 100 members of the Program!! Just imagine writing the “How it Works” in 30 minutes! Praise God for all the lives that have been rescued!
I think 4:50 might've just changed my life. Been struggling with AA for a year now cause I could never understand step 3. I think now I do. I could cry. Thank you Joe and Charlie. Thank you AA. Thank you to anyone listening to this. I know it means you want better for yourself and everyone around you.
I just want to say thank you ... I've been using these videos with the work book to cycle through the steps on my own at home and its saving my recovery and my life. Bless you❤

People complicate step 1 and 2. They turn it into a ritual and a not mental action aka decision. But worse they say they completed step 1 and 2 without fully understanding it. THIS IS THE SIMPLEST EXPLANATION

Thank God for these speaker tapes, the real alcoholic will always be able to find the solution no matter what happens to the fellowship.
When I first heard Joe & Charlie, it was a spiritual awakening. I have not had to take a drink of alcohol for over 22years
