How do I stop my string trimmer from running too lean?

Hey so i have a brand new sthl weed wacker fs 91 . And for some reason i fucked with the bottom black screw you’re talking about and ever since my trimmer is fucked up. It spins without me pulling the trigger, when i pull the trigger it bogges down and goes super slow, but if i hold it down long enough eventually it will pick up speed and go full throttle, but it’s annoying walking around with the trimmer going 100 % not to mention dangerous. So when i let go of the trigger i have to repeat the process. Mind you it’s a new trimmer. Any ideas ?

When adjusting counter clock wise, does the low end screw decrease or increase the mixture?

This partial blockage happens every time I use this strimmer. After use, I always empty out all the fuel, but the carb must retain some fuel - which eventually evaporates leaving the oil, blocking the jets, etc. How can I prevent this happening? I use it every couple of weeks, but leaving it standing seems to cause this problem.

Earlier today wow doing our routine post cut blowing off of our John Deere zero turn, I noticed a frayed deck/blade belt, & was quite frankly amazed that it hadn’t broken or snapped while cutting the yard that we had just completed. We always keep extra belts on hand…so myself, along with one of our 2 high school students (summer helpers), used your video to get us across the finish line in replacing on our 9 series John Deere Z-track 60inch deck belt. There were many good videos available, and I appreciated all of them, but yours was in my opinion the best by far. 👍🏻 It was not only the knowledge or information, but the application as well! I also appreciated the calm demeanor in which you delivered, instructions to the rest of us. So, thank you! I can get it to start and idle but then it dies. Then i can get it to go and when i apply a little throttle it dies even if i let off of it. I adjust now it works but when i fulll throttle it dies. Im in a never ending circle of problems once i solve one and i even bought the same tools why the fuck is this not working at all for me

It would have been nice for the narrator to start at the beginning and state what position the knobs are in as if I am starting from scratch so I would know typically what position, clockwise a certain distance, or counterclockwise a certain distance to give a starting point.l
