You need an expansion chamber twice the size of of the cylinder to make usable boost on a single cylinder engine.

youre wasting money on your race gas. 10.5:1 static compression ratio will be like 6 maybe 7:1 dynamic. That's still perfectly fine for 91
I ran race gas as i have some lying around from race season… it ran good, and smelled even better. It’s on rec 91 now.

curious on how you set up the blow through and lubrication, where do you put your "boost reference" to balance the pressure in the carb and do you have to seal up the spot where the throttle cable goes in
34mm way too big to get a good fuel signal
This is one of the first 212s I’ve seen that run a lower idle. I used to always run my hot 265 cam at a choppy and low idle while everyone else seems to run theirs at a more stock idle no matter what. I wonder why

Bad ass. The more i wrench on Newer, 2015 and up, Ford, Chrysler, Any foreign makers, the more i like GM. Of course, the older models besides the foreign cars are a blast to wrench on. These newer POS cars, trucks, triple square, gotta hook up to a scan tool to retract calipers in service mode, gotta get tpms sensors to talk, coolant temp sensor went bad and u gotta do a engine out to replace a $23 sensor, Alternator died so now the honda, chrysler is stick in park with Electronic E brake stuck on, etc BS really makes me wish we was back at the start of the 2000s. Idk if i really want to do this crap till retirement. Like, wtf? Used engines that are throw away cost 1400.00, transmissions that are NOT cvt cost thousands used, more rebuilt if you can get them like that at all, or no new at all. Gotta have any engine, trans programmed with the makers specific software or a new whatever wont do crap. Like wtf happened? We had such good autos from 90s, up, yes plastic was ugh but mechanics the 3.8, 350, LS GM lasted, Fords 4.9, 7.3,5.0, 4.6,, Ram cummins, 4.0 jeeps, etc. All ran fine. Easy to fix, no real issues. Now its a crap shoot if you can get parts, when, are they good etc. Man its a lot. 😢😂😢😂😢

Check the plug on the top left of your rear axle. We have a dodge about that year and it looked fine but it was half plugged in. Might be why your speedometer dont work.
It got ripped out when the rear axle decided to almost tear out from under the truck… 😂

What did you do to keep it from being lean?
Nothing… it runs rich in boost, I believe because the vacuum referenced fuel pressure regulator throws all the fuel possible at it when it sees boost. Just a theory
@GCFab nice been debating on putting one on my mildly built 98 with the 5.9 in it a but wasn't sure how it would play with stock ecm it runs slightly rich due to lack of 02 sensors. Have a fully built stage 3 46re in it now as i blew the stock rebuilt trans 3 weeks after I got done with the engine

Your speedometer is not working should have it fixed before you shoot any vedios because you'll get people as myself noticing it and loose interest in your vedio.
