Hi Steve. You are exactly the same in my situation now. I always wanted to be a pilot since I was a kid. Now I'm 37 years old and working in a place where I do not have that much interest and bored. Therefore, I recently registered myself in a flying club to do my PPL first. Hope one day I could be a commercial pilot some day. The only difference between me and probably that I'm married and already having a small family. Happy to know that my wife always supported my mission to change my career in becoming a pilot.

I’m 24, I’m from the UK and I’m here in Auckland on a 3 year work visa and I’m looking to start lessons to work towards my ppl (and eventually CPL) at Ardmore Flying School. Would love some advice and to see your progression. I’ll be working full time while doing lessons, do you think this will take too long? Thanks Liam
