The excerpts from Variation 7 and Variation 8 are amongst some of the most popular low horn excerpts asked at auditions for utility horn, second horn and fourth horn. I performed Variation 7 and 8 on my Rauch double horn with it's large bore valves. Some practice tips are included at the end.
