Took delivery of a Ford Transit trail in late Dec of 2023. Five recalls, one of them fixed and the other 4 are open since February 2023. I can't drive my brand new transit due to open recalls. Some of them sound serious. They should use that $165 mil to help the owners fix their cars.

Why would anyone buy one of these disaster cars/trucks?

we are on the fence with gas/diesel version of a new 2500. Do you know for sure if your 2500 GAS has any of the cylinder deactivation, auto start/stop, or any other of those weird annoying MPG "helpers" ?? And does that "buckle to drive" feature have to be toggled off EVERY time you start the truck? or can it be shut off and it doesnt reset?

I suspect, but don't know, that the "Security Update" is probably for the Software security of Sync4 and not necessarily the truck security as in the alarm system. Again, being a software guy I just suspect that to be the case.

Anyone have the multi-flex tailgate and have ramps for quads? I just wonder how much weight you can realistically put on that thing. That or if you can put the middle part down and fit ramps in the center part and quad tires still fit.

So I went to my truck and it shows the update but when I hit the update it says update not ready. What do I have to do to get it to update.

Ford made a significant price increase for 2025 and removed some items as standard features so if you’re in the market for a super duty, try to find a 24 that’s already on a dealer lot. It’s a better buy.

My 2024 ltz gaser ( 2500) doesn't even come close to the diesels as far as acceleration and power. It works for me as I seldom pull trailers but not a good choice for a truck that's actually worked hard

You could put in the WiFi while in the parking lot at McDonalds and/or Home Depot - wherever you frequently go, but those two I find the WiFi usually works out in the parking lot. 😁

Speaking of not only recalls but TSB's and anything at all related to a certain vehicle, does GM have a location on their website to put in ones vin and that it would list all of this out or do they hide everything that is not an all out recall ?. Or is there some independent source that compiles lists that one can access, info that would come in handy before ones warranty ran out to have them perform repairs on certain issues that they would not actively reach out to a customer to have done otherwise.

Very strange why they have come out with a recall that includes two different transmission platforms and lump the recall together.

Great video, curious the VIN of your build. Im looking at a similar tremor and the vin search tells me is barely able to tow 12K and that seems wrong

So a Gas 7.3 F250 or F350...... do you feel 3.73 is just fine BUT 4.30 would be better while towing?

Great video. I have a 2024 Cougar 368MBI GVWR says 13,980. Replacing truck, thoughts on F250SB 7.3, 3.73 OR F350 LB 6.7, 3.31..... trying to make sure the F250 Gas SB with gas 7.3 and 3.73 will get the job done......

My 2022.5 Silverado max tow with the 3.0 inline 6 diesel is tow rated at 13k, and it sees 10k behind it all summer long. Don't underestimate what a heavier half will pull easily.

Just picked up A 24 PB F150. What an amazing truck! I have been on such an exhausting hunt for the perfect truck for me. Have owned all brands, 1500 and 2500 this year. It has been exhausting and expensive. Once I landed on this thing, there is no comparison at all for hauling under 10k and daily driving. I am so excited and ready to pull my big tri-toon in the hills for the final test. I LOVE this truck SO. MUCH! Just cannot say enough about how it rides and drives and delivers smooth linear power as compared to my 6.2 GMC and su much more power compared to my 3.0 Duramax, and no comparison in the ride to a 2500. I found the sweet spot. So so so nice. I think I am a PB F150 guy for life now. This truck is my absolute favorite of all time. Can't say enough. Thanks for all your info on these videos.

If I'm looking to buy a used 7.3 what is a good year to stay within and mileage to stay under?

I’m purchasing a 2024 F250 lariat without the ultimate package but does that lariat package comes with a pre-wire already in the up fitter that I could buy the aux panel and plug in play it can you please let me know thank you.

I have a 2001 Sikverado 3500 with an 8.1. I like the truck but I don't like the 9 mpg. It would be nice to have a Godzilla engine truck but I can't justify the cost of a new truck. Maybe in 20 years, I will have a Godzilla.
