In this video, you will learn how to calculate the value of the game using mixed strategy.
Mixed Strategy : When the players use multiple strategies with a fixed probability, then it is known as mixed strategy.
Steps to solve:
1. Find saddle point. Presence of a saddle point confirms pure strategy.
2. Saddle point is not found -
2(a) Perform a row reduction and column reduction and bring it to a 2*2 payoff matrix.
2(b) Find out the oddments , probability and value of the game.

    My question is simple: how come the forecast is lower than the trend? I would have thought that with a growing amount for each period, that the 7th value would have been higher than 465, irrespective of the method used. 443 means that I am forecasting a lower value, i.e. the trend will move down from period 6.
