under projects, how to make it to show the number of highlights i have per book ?
Hey, you just need to store the number of highlights as a property in your book note. Then, enable that property from the "Include fields" dropdown menu in your project view.
quick question for you, why do you use obsidian and not notion ?
I used Notion years ago and tried it again when they acquired Cron and launched the Notion Calendar. However, I don't think it's the right fit for me. Obsidian provides greater flexibility and customization, and I feel my notes truly belong to me (I’m sorry, but I don’t fully trust Notion). That said, Notion databases are powerful tools, along with other features. However, I prefer using ClickUp for my project and business management.

Nicely done. Easy to follow. Simple examples. Would love to see some more examples: tasks across vault in different notes; tasks by project(s) (either in specific folders or by tag(s)); tasks within a date range, and so on. I'm always interested in simplifying queries for at-a-glance needs. Cheers.

Unfortunately it seems it's not working at the moment. The dev wrote this in the github repo page: "Due to a high-priority project and other reasons, development of Advanced Canvas is paused until 20th Nov."

this would be so good if the damn ledger plugin actually displayed the hard balance amounts and not just graph intervals. i was looking for something that i could start managing my own finances on but nothing on this just displays the current balance for assets/liabilities. what is the point of reporting the information if it is not clear what the precise amount even is??? i don't need a graph viewer i need something that lets me plan my personal expenses, and im not a programmer or linux user so i was hoping this would be feature complete so i didn't have to decipher all of the code monkey language in the manual for Ledger.cli

In my Vault the Queries in the File and Multifile Type (dv.pages('"test_folder"')) do not work. not in any Type any help? Or is it because of the version?

Ok, I watched the whole video, very nice, but I still don't know how to create a new vault. I have one from when I first started Obsidian. I read the docs, it says to go to "Vault profile" to "Manage vaults", but that does not exist. Now what? Just a day in with Obsidian, already frustrated and losing interest. Does not feel like a finished product, plus bad documentation (I'm not seeing what's describedn, no screenshots).
Hey, thank you! You should have a dropdown menu located at the bottom left corner. If you click on it, you should be able to see "Manage vaults...". Let me know if you find it. Cheers!

Hello. Very grateful for this video! Everything is simple and clear! 👏👏 What is the best thing to do if I have three accounts with different currencies? Should I create three separate notes or is there a better way?
Hey! Thank you :) You can't add transactions in multiple currencies through the "Add to ledger" command since you can only select one default currency from the settings panel. However, you can add them manually by following this process: 1. Switch to markdown view 2. Scroll all the way down and write the transaction. For example: 2024/08/16 Transaction X Assets:Banking:FirstBank $99.92 Income:BusinessX Cheers
