    I deeply appreciate your creativity and helpful content. There are very few nidras to help with anger, rage, upset, etc. for me this was great until the trust aspect whereupon I was triggered as I couldn’t find anything out of the options to represent trust (ik sad) and in came the memory of an individual who’s betrayal resulted in catastrophic consequences. To the good stuff that I’ve noted with your content, I appreciate having the background sounds relatively low and consistent, the audio quality which softens the voice (not sure how to describe but I believe depending on the mic affects how “sharp”/crisp the sounds come across. The shorter durations which are great for novices like myself. Also the minimal use of visualization or suggestion provided in lieu of visualization which is great for those of use with aphantasia. Just a few of the “little things” which are noted and deeply appreciated that you’ve taken great care to attend to and is not without notice and deep gratitude. Thank you so much. 💙

    Commercials really took me out of it. It ruined the relaxing experience that I was trying to have

      I am so sorry ads affected your experience of this yoga nidra. I'm saddened that its out of my hands, as TH-cam's policy is that creators can only remove ads once a channel reaches a minimum subscriber level. So, I'm a bit stuck between not posting at all or keep posting in the hope I reach the subscriber threshold soon. There are some techniques for removing ads on videos which you can find in google, or these practices are completely FREE & Ad-Free on Insight Timer. insighttimer.com/thewellnesswords

    The commercials completely negated the effects of what was otherwise a lovely meditation. After the second one, I felt so braced for the next one, I felt agitated instead of relaxed. I quit before finishing. Please consider removing the commercials.

      Unfortunately TH-cam doesn't grant creators control of ads until monetisation becomes available (which isn't available to my channel yet, as I am under the subscriber threshold). Im so sorry they impacted your experience & you didnt find the experience very relaxing.       @tanyakorsak thanks for sharing your experience & glad you enjoyed the practice. I hear you on the ads, and sorry they impacted your experience. TH-cam doesn't allow creators to control ads until they're at 1k subs. But all my practices are available free ad free on Insight Timer (no account required either).
