UPDATE: Ham joint+Avernic defender will kill the mirrorback if you have max gear and 1/2 pieces of Inquisitor's armour (it hits 35, then reflects 21, dealing the full 36 required) - saving a few ticks every kill. This does affect where you'll need to stand later on in the kill to pop the red crab where you need to.
Not going into much detail about setups/DPS/specs as the mechanics are fairly straightforward. This video is just a few example kills with instructions to show you how to deal with each of the three rotations in a standard and repeatable way which doesn't lose ticks, and minimises damage taken.
I'm sure there will be better methods in future but hopefully this is useful as a day one guide!
