Does this make my interlocking puzzle martial arts mats have more cushion if i put this under? I put mats over cement and cushion is not enough. I need to put something under for extra cushion but also not too much cushion and something cheap. Can you let me know where can i get this or if this is expensive then any vinyl or plastic could work?

The problem with this is that water will always enter concrete, even poured foundations are porous. That’s why there is nearly always efflorescence. Doing this locks the water in the concrete which leads to structural damage instead of passing through and evaporating. Gutters, grading, and French drains are always the first place to start. Most gutters are not fully functional and no one has their grading right. Often with wet mulch against the house. The only real waterproofing is done on the exterior of the foundation wall. And is crazy expensive. This is make a quick buck flipper shit. Don’t finish most basements made before 95, there is no exterior waterproofing. Do exposed foundation and black or whatever color on the subfloor. like a livable loft, hooked up garage look. Make your exposed electrical and plumbing crispy for your interior ‘finishes’. You can still make a family room/game room or whatever. Just do not cover the foundation or anything important

No,no,no big pieces of cement rocks are just not recommended because you will have air pockets where the cement or gravel wont go in .

Great job but wouldn't it have been better to make use of the space behind and fit some lightweight doors? You could put stuff in there that you only needed to get to now and again. A small 3-step ladder could be used for access.

What can I do if the water supply is across the opposite side of the room to the new fridge pls?

Can you remove the walls and replace with new backer board and new tile, but do this tile over on the shower pan. We have no leakage but don't want to demo the pan and have to make a new one. I'm a DIY newbe to shower remodels.
