I got mine fitted in a cycle gear and checked from other videos with Arai professionals and based on your video mine doesn't fit because I can pull it down to nose bridge (not easily but possible) but based on the Arai professional video it fits perfect. Maybe it's different because I am a woman with a small brow ridge, idk.
How loud is it
Is this the Ducati location in Soho?
Like that you mention noise level , not so many info on it. Retro style as wel: Shoei Glamster, Arai concept xe
is it the sp connect clamp safe and durable?
Yes All Day❤
Awesome 😮

Review: "these helmets just DON'T look good" -CafeRacerNewYorkCity Lol jk I like them. The style isn't for everyone or every bike thkugh
how is that protecting your ankle? seems like it just a cup over the malleoli. so you’re just transferring the impact above and below the malleoli? should be circumferential to actually protect anything.
just fyi - your heated glove link points to the cowl. cheers.
You are right! My bad! Thanks for catching that!
I just received one of these helmets and can't even get the app to allow me to make a new account. I get through all the steps and then it gives me an error message. After that happens I still try to login again normal and it says account already using my email but it doesn't recognize the password I used as the account password. Then when I try to use the forgot password link it goes to a blank screen that says no response after entering my email. Very frustrating and already putting a bad taste in my mouth for this helmet.
What phone are you using?
@@caferacernewyorkcity Samsung S22 Ultra
You've been scammed. The business has stopped support and doesn't reply. Another rug pull product.
nice video mel!
I have the regent x, i love it. And you can add the 2nd lens pane kit for anti fog. I use it for a sport bike though.
Own k👌
you got those psycho eyes, its cool but scary at the same time
Great video! Considering a new premium helmet so this video helps a lot.
Is that the same one as ImKay?
Kay got almost the rarest Agusta bikes im sure he have one of this
Nope He got it from different place and different dealer
@@tarukmaktu3984he’s had one for like 3 weeks already
Great comp. vid. Arai all the way. Love the retro helmets look, but on the real, retro style comes w/ retro performance. Doesn't seem ya can avoid that.
far too expensive
Arai os the best helmets and safest in the world. BUT, let's be honest, their style is like poop 😂
Currently on a Honda Cb500f. I want an upgrade in power but I love the look of the Nightshift. Do you ever find the Nightshift to be low on power or difficult to zip on the highway? I’m not trying to go crazy but I’m tired of being left behind by friends with bigger bikes
Irritating presentation, too fast
Just got an Arai Corsair X. I’m between small n medium, but got small. The only pressure I feel is on the front of my forehead… Will that break in you think?
Planning to buy a YLW Regent X next season. However, I'm not convinced anywhere near +$600 and up is required to protect one's head while riding. Arai has to stay relevant I guess.
Can I work there too lol
Ever ride your bike to say a 7 Eleven in this outfit to buy stuff?
I had a passenger and I absolutely hate the feeling of having someone else on the bike. The bike just feels so weird
Maybe try preloading the back springs more and/or giving the back tire a bit more pressure. Helped me a lot.
Thanks for the info.
Form follows function, just saying. I guess if a hipster needs an outfit, here ya go.
That’s fair
@@maximus518774 Now don't get me wrong, I respect cafe racers, butt, im from the 70's, when that's how you built your sport bike. Cafe racer mags were the magazine's people drulled over. Creations back then were functional works of art. This lifestyle chit wasn't a thing in the cool days when you had to kick start your ride and if you couldn't you had to move to a smaller bike you could.
Yesss, @bolidster is so great 😊
Good thing you pointed out the thumb for the Heroic glove because I did not know that until now. Todd should really include instructions with his stuff. 😅
Yeah! I was surprised to see that also. They do have a page on their website, but it is not as simple to find as it should be. In all fairness a ton of gear out there gives minimal instructions or info on the products when you purchase it off the rack. I mean in truth ( and I am guilty of it myself) I will buy something, ignore the literature included and just start using the gear!
Mannn. The gloves def don't have touchscreen tips. Those are grips to prevent slip on controls. The gloves are pro flat track race gloves. ... but I def need to add phone tech!!
Man I missed the detail about the grips for slip control. I need to clarify that in the future. I think those looking at these gloves .... which are awesome btw .... will choose form over function first. I have seen it a million times at my store, that people first go for the look. But these gloves in my opinion have both. If a different version comes out that focuses on the touch screen capability I think it will open a larger market! They look and feel so good that I think every urban rider/cafe racer should have a pair!
Amazing job with the reviews! Wow! The balance of style and function is next level!
I appreciate it! That's exactly what I strive for! Style and function combined is a must for riding in the urban jungle.
Awesome detailed review.
Whoa ... from the creators themselves! Thank you so much! And thank you for allowing me the honor to review your gear!
Dude this thumbnail looks really good! Fun to see things growing for you!
Thanks man, I appreciate you watching! I am excited about the future too.
@@caferacernewyorkcity you still working in the Motorcycle industry? Or are you back to theater? Or both?
@@FASTLANEMOTO Still working in the industry, but do a bit of performing if time permits with work, but I am consistent with singing at my church.
@@caferacernewyorkcity awesome man!
Also .... THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing my video! You have no ideas how awesome that is to me!!!!
Great video. Lots of good information. You mentioned the better comfort of the Contour-X. Is that because of the shape or better liner? I'm up in the air between the Signet-X or the Contour. They both fit similarly. I must be between a long and intermediate oval shape.
The question at last should be "would you be able to buy one?"
500? Just dropped 1000 on an Arai....been using them since 1991...
What size did you get ?
I have a SMK retro helmet, and I like it a lot. I think for the money it is a great fullface helmet.
Great review. If this helmet allowed Senna or similar rider to rider communication, it would be the perfect helmet. Having to use Discord is hopeless. I still think I'll get one as it is the only way to have a helmet cam at a track day.
What’s the point of this?
What boots is Yuki wearing? Love them
