YOU Won't Believe What We Found In The CAR!
I’ve brush hogged with a skid steer front mount , slow and not a great ride. Bought the Mahindra 1626 with 5’ brush hog a few years ago , much rather use the 1626, better ride and can go faster. The skid steer radiator screen is much harder to clean. A good trick is to take a leaf blower for the clean out.
Also be ready to replace gaskets on side cases when you see oil start leaking out. I bought complete gaskets package from eBay or amazon can’t remember which and its worth it! It include o rings too. The kick start side be prepare to struggle with getting kick start spring hook back in haha!!!
The rear tires rubbing the muffler when flat, once air up it stop rubbing and yes that’s correct sizes for rear. What sizes are your front tires? I’m planning go taller than 23 on mine soon. Front brake hose or line whatever you called, I had to use wires from old tv cable and insert through hoses to clear open it while spraying lots WD-40. If you bought new brake hose let me know because only place I found online is in United Kingdom haha!!! For rear brake shoe don’t buy cheap one because the glue don’t hold the pad well, now I’m currently using expensive shoes for test by EBC brand. What’s updated on starter? I finally put new starter on mine and much better turns faster. I replaced relays several times and solenoid hoping fix issues but the old starter was burning up ha! Mine is 1988 and was in very worst shape than your had to get new rear and front fenders and new rear axle! Other than that, been riding since 2014 on trails!!! Love the simple machine!!!
Looks handy
Ridgid does have a lifetime warranty but from what I hear good luck getting them to honor it hopefully you won't ever have to find out hope you have good luck with them time will tell
Interesting
Surprised it even ran
All good buys
Nice looking saw sharpener hope it works for you
Your rear tires should be 25x10x9.
Woher kommt man den auspuff
Om how bout a real piece of wood
For years and years all the carpenters i knew always ran rigid ..but i believe someone bought them or something changed..good luck..i just use bauer...makita
Ridgid doest have a lifetime warranty on batteries its 3 years. Most tools have a life time service agreement but you have to register it within 90 days of purchase. Their big tools like chop saws, table saws stuff like that are going to 5 year warranty. They make solid tools but you were misinformed
Never heard of this brand but it looks like all the rest of the box stores machine 😮, time will tell and you can let us know 😊
great deal
I’d subscribe if you tested flex tools!
I've never had any experience with them
Rigid has pretty good tools …. I have several brands of tools …DeWalt corded tools only … Kobalt Gen 2 is better battery prices are decent… Master force from Menards air nailers 23 18 gauge found on sale for $35 and $45 …. Don’t sleep on the new Skil 12v and 20v battery and corded tools , they always have deals and sales especially at Christmas and there line is expanding… there is a lot of good tool brands in the mid range, I look at cost of batteries when considering battery tools . I refuse to buy Milwaukee, Dewalt and flex battery tools because of tool and battery prices. There good tools but there’s more value in the mid range brands as a wood working and DIY light pro usage.
It sounds like you've got a great system going on there!
I'm a farmer myself and Im like you in which I have multiple brands. I have 85% Dewalt. Impacts, drills, grinders, miter saws, nailers, I have 10% Ryobi. The only reason I have Ryobi is because they make a few certain tools that are cheaper with them and I use occasionally such as thier jigsaw, sanders etc. work fine. And I also have M18 Milwaukee but it's strictly landscaping tools such as chainsaws trimmers etc. I've bought most brands and these are what works for me. Overall if I could only go with 1 brand it'll be dewalt since that is my powerhorse when it comes to tools. I also have adapters so in case I need it I have compatibility across all my 3 platforms (Dewalt, Milwaukee and Ryobi) Dewalt makes great impacts and mechanically inclined tools. Yes their ratchet is crap but their Mac tools versions are much more compact and better and compatible with Dewalt 12v stuff too. Great videos and kudos. And Ridgid seems solid too
Sounds like a great system, I didn't realize dewalt made Macs battery tools. I also didn't realize you could adapt different brand batteries to different tools. thanks for the info
The one I have is probably 30 years old and it is very heavy duty. I actually would prefer this one because mine is a nuisance and folds up but still takes up 4x the space as that does! Like it!
That’s awesome it’s still useable!
@ oh ya, unfortunately it is outside. The plywood top has seen better days.
I don’t believe you will be disappointed with Ridgid. Nobody else offers lifetime service agreement (free replacement/repair) on tools and batteries. I don’t know how you do better than that.
Good job kids! Your dad ought to love this over the years!
I think it’s going to be pretty handy! They did a great job!
@ yes!
I like my ridgid 18v stuff and I also use m12 for 12v. Recip saw is excellent, 7&1/4 circ saw is decent once you upgrade the blade. Inflator might be my favorite of their tools! Also have drill, impact driver, high torque, grinder, belt sander, Matt light, cordless router, and multi tool. AMA!
I have mostly Milwaukee cordless but I find they are crazy expensive compared to everyone else else. I have since gone with Bosch cordless tools. No complaints so far.
Bosch makes high quality electric tools and they are an electric motor manufacturer. Their 18vs aren't always most powerful, but very durable and accurate. Bosch 12v tools are almost a secret here, and highly regarded in other countries. I've read amazing reviews about warranty claims with Bosch. It's too bad they're not well represented at the big box stores. Great choice!
Buy Makita.
That table since it can clamp looks handy for aome different jobs
I think it will be pretty handy!
Battery Power tools----Car Guy = Milwaukee , Construction Guy = DeWalt and Makita, DiY guy on a Budget = Ridgid-Kobalt, DiY guy on a Cheap = Hercules, Bauer, Ryobi . Stay away from Craftsman. Im a Milwaukee guy only just because I hate having different batteries.
My father-in-law stopped using Milwaukee 18 volt tools on his ranch. He has had issues, especially with the batteries. He does have a number of the Milwaukee M12 tools. My husband has those too, and I also enjoy using them as they are small. My father-in-law switched to Makita 18 volt. He has been extremely happy with the Makita tools. Ridged is a good brand, and I know several people that absolutely swear-by Ridged. I'm not sure if you know this, but don't throw away the other 18 or 20 volt batteries as there are adapters which allow you to use Milwaukee 18v, Dewalt 20 volt, etc, on Ridgid 18 volt tools. Also Ridged and Milwaukee have the same parent company.
The Milwaukee 12v line is definitely at the top but just like rigid, unfortunately they are owned by the Chinese and I absolutely can't stand that. It's the only reason I don't go all the way into the m12 line.
I have Hercules and kobalt I think the kobalt is one of the highest quality tools you can buy for that price and like you said their line of tools is just not big enough, which is why I’m buying into Hercules
I love my Milwaukee tools, but when it.comes.time.to buy knew I'm going with Makita
I moved completely into Makita 5 years ago. IMO the best batteries out there.
I’m a remodeler and handyman. I use Milwaukee gen 3 m12 for light-mid duty work but when I need more torque and power I break out my makita drill and driver. The auto feature on the impact is phenomenal and the battery life is absolutely insane. I charge my batteries maybe once every two weeks to a month IF that… and I use them every day. I can go a full day of heavy use and only drop one bar. Unmatched
@ the air cooled charger is state of the art.
@@lkm55 forgot about that. Absolutely. Makita really has some nice tools to be honest. I have their circular saw and it’s WAY better than my dewalt circular saw.. the guides are easy to follow for long straight cuts without a guide or tracks.
Dewalt cordless ratchet is not that big.. its just slightly larger than the milwaukee 12v ratchet.. My dewalt cordless ratchet fits inside a 12in tool bag.
I have been using Ridgid tools for years, they performed well and feel good in my hands. I have owned Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt, but I'd like Ridgid tool line offering for reasonable prices. Furthermore, I have used Ridgid warranty service at HD a few times w/o hassle. During 2024 Black Friday sale season, I acquired the Ridgid midrange impact wrench, which packs some beans, to supplement my air tools. In summary, going with Ridgid has been the right decision for me. Hopefully, you will have pleasant experiences using them as well. Good luck!
Hercules fan is 30 bucks, DeWalt is 100 bucks. I could go on and on. That's why I buy Bauer and Hercules tools.
As a GC I use Ridged corded tools when necessary but Dewalt battery tools everyday.
Makita , Bosh,DeWalt and Milwaukee are my favorite brands. Bosh and Makita have held up the best for me. DeWalt also very reliable Milwaukee m12 fuel line has done good but m18 not so much . Have a friend running nothing but Rigid they seem to be ok.
I own Hercules and Ridgid power tools. I would recommend the Hercules line as they are extremely affordable. Great warranty and good power. Only problem is is still a kind of newish line so there’s still things missing as in nail guns and others
I will say this from personal experience stick with the Psalode I’ve tried the Milwaukee fuel nailer and it feels like it was about 20lbs more (not actually) especially when working over your head and was not as powerful in my opinion as the paslode. I returned it and picked up a new paslode. I’m a Milwaukee guy but they got a while yet until they catch up to psalode.
Well for what you're doing I guess rigid is good I would pick rigid over ryobi
Been denied on Rigid warranty every time. Battery warranty is not covered for wear, so if it is over 6 months Rigid will consider it normal and tell ya to pound sand. Keep your warranty and make a copy because the paper used is design to fade. Also as mentioned register the product. Good luck with your decision, hope it works out.
Warranty applies to Tool and Battery there, skippy 😊
Who a phuck this Joe?
2007 I got a master kit and now only stay with one brand, one charger, and one type of battery. Makes life simple.
The rigid toolboxes though are pretty good, I have a lifetime warranty on their toolboxes they have a lot of space they don't have a lot of customization and the same rigid boxes are renamed and re branded and at least 7 different ways Not one rigid Pole can beat any flex toll period that's the only reason I would say go with flex bro it's cheap and lifetime warranty and power there's been around forever and they also make stuff like ego and skill the Chervon company
Flex has a bad to the bone framing and new stubbys and Brad and finish and pin nailer
Kobalt isn't pro grade
40 plus new tools comming this year
Ridgid is good warranty ...reliable reasonable...
