Magnificent video, I loved both parts because they bring us closer to the philosophy of life of Filipino Kali and its reflection in everyday life. It's very beautiful. The end of this video and your generosity in encouraging us to propose topics has made me think about childhood and your discipline. I have a 4-year-old son, curiously a few days ago, when passing by a boxing school in our neighborhood, he was very surprised to see the fighters training. He told me "I want to box" and you know? I have a certain misgiving towards boxing... I thought about your discipline, about Filipino Kali and that I would like to bring it closer to a discipline like yours (although the decisions of our children in the future and their paths will always prevail and we have to accept it) And I was curious to know: How are children introduced to Filipino Kali and under what values, exercises, routines with their teachers? What is your position on Filipino Kali and its teaching since childhood, your experience, etc.? Maybe it's not an interesting topic but it has been on my mind for a while when I look at my son. Thank you in advance for your work and your involvement always. Forgive the translation, my English is not good at all, I normally write to you in Spanish but I have preferred to present my topic properly, sorry if it is not correct. Have a beautiful day.

@@grayrecluse7496 They never said that you will never get cut in a real fight. But those skills will get you a higher chance of coming out alive than just being out there and doesn't know what to do. Common sense will tell you not to do those step by step just to look good like they did but apply with what the situation offers you to do. Real fights are never supposed to look good but having some edge in technique could get you out less ugly. With the kind of mindset you have you're lucky you only got scars.

When (you) have some fighting scar's tell me know some of what works!!!🤡 He's some smart insite, don't get grabbed by someone bigger and stronger. Don't let your feet get entangled with each other, that happened got me fuxed up .. Heavy leather belts and buckle's work the best for m, I am old now, reach always keep's you safer. I have the fighting scars and i have the body counts of those who have used them.. take note these have been used by the military i taught first hand in the Phiiippines and some use from special.forces i have trained as a contractor and the MEN OF many street gang fights.there is no guarantee because no one is bullet proof or staB Proof. Even those who are very skilled with this can die from being stabbed but many too have lived . That being said, DONT generalize because it shows how limited your understanding is of training the arts which have been proven effective for many...and for other in it..not so much. But what does work is the other things you learn from trainig. The art...respect , comradery, Friendship , confidence and spirituality. Not everything's just about the violence. And this is just a demo. Not that as mention...disarms are secondary. The true disarms is the cuts, strike and hits...watch the video and understand what is presented. @grayrecluse7496
