Before gigwebtech reactivated me I couldn't login and have was spending the entire day on the phone with Spark Support only to find out that I was removed because my profile picture has me wearing glasses but my driver license does not. In my state we are required to remove eyeglasses before the ID picture even if your license has a endorsement or requirement listed for corrective lenses.

Fixing the password and trying to log in has also been a problem, I had to close a $35.00 order for 8 little deliveries when the app said to scan three items for one customer when there was only two. I was stuck and could not get anywhere. I hope whoever owns spark app can bring it back to what it used to be. If not, they will lose lots of drivers and customers.

I'm on the verge of leaving Spark for good since it seems to glitch at everything, like a boss being obnoxiously drunk on the job. Spark use to be such a great app.

I enter my zip code and then choose the Walmart near me and nothing happens. It says, "Once you’re approved, you’ll be able to deliver orders from these locations" but there is no way to move forward in the application process. This is beyond confusing... :/

I was deactivated in August 2024 for absolutely no reason.

I've been a driver for 8 years. That's not accurate. My acceptance rate is currently 40 percent. Today I did 12 orders. It's simply not a fact

well, I have a doosey for you. I was deactivated 9-15-2024 because a delivery got mad because I pulled into the wrong driveway. She was screaming at me and I was flabbergasted as I have never been treated like that before. I turned to leave as quickly as possible because I was not comfortable with her leaning into my personal space while screaming. She then proceeded to scream at me "What, you aren't even going to apologize?" . I did not stop progressing to my car but said over my shoulder, " I think it was best if I leave the area as soon as possible". To which she gasped and then screamed (yes I mean SCREAMED)" I smell alcohol. I am gonna report you for drinking " I do not drink and actually take diabetes meds that will not mix with alcohol....Well, same day I was deactivated about 3 hours after the incident. I appealed the decision (definitely 500 spaces is not enough to explain something like this) and received a 5 business days to review notice. Just today, ( just 3 business days later) I received notice that the deactivation was going to stand. Is there a time limit whereby I can cancel my info then re-sign up later? I could not find anything in the contract. Also, especially since my income is now stopped, I do not have $200 to arbitrate, especially if I do not have a good chance of being reactivated. Plus, I could just get a real job, but I have already paid for plane tickets for a wedding in mid-December ($1000 that I did not really have extra). Any suggestions?

I have been deactivated since June 6 th,used to work 6 to 7 days of the week several appeals and nothing heard from the want a bee appeals team,nobody no anything,he'll ya can at least let me no why,and if someone stole my account because I'm not active,but some else maybe,I liked to no,because at end of the year,it's tax time under my ss number,something to think about

My account is deactivated because insurance verification. I provide correct info insurance information. Also I change insurance company and I provide that new insurance company as well. Still is deactivated.#Walmart delivery support

They use the bot to accept orders within a range, on one phone, then never click I've arrived on the order and it times out after 30 mins, then they both the order when it comes through again $8.00 higher, repeat. Being able to anticipate when the order is sent out again and with the added $8.00 it isn't hard to have 2 phones and multiple accomplices with bots to snatch them.

My experience is that gas stations also go in and put false prices in. It happens quite a bit here.

I was a previous employer for a walmart store but made a spark account around 2018 and I was able to relog in march when they fired me but on July 28,2024 my account was deactivated and I haven’t gotten a response to what happened what was the reasoning all my information I submitted is my correct information but still deactivated

When you sign terms of agreement is saying you have to go through arbitrary process if deactivated. But if Walmart breaking terms of agreement themselves you be able to take them to small claims court in your state and sue them for breaking that agreement to the highest amount possible

Is not pushing the reject button the same as rejecting it, will that go against your acceptance rate?

Okay I don't understand why everyday workers don't understand this, you have to put a percentage of your income in savings for an emergency. Anything like being sick and having to leave work accidents happening and can't work. You have to put at least 6 months bill money to the side so that you will have something if your job suddenly crashes. You're not supposed to leave it up to the employer to provide and support you. They how are you and have given you an income, now it's on you to learn to save and budget your money. And yes anybody can save 2 to 5 to 7 to $10 it's fast food money.

You can't increase acceptance rate if you only have only 1 walmart within 100 miles

Ive been doing doordash, spark, instacart etc for the past 2 years.i came to find out a bunch information how these people get on these apps. In my city this Chinese individual has a whole business renting out accounts to illegal immigrants. He will charge $800 per month for the app, $800 for the pruis rental, these accounts being rented out are stolen identities but majority of these accounts are people who have last away. Aslo he gets these people drivers license and makes them illegal for that services he charges $2000 for papers and $300 for their drivers license. He does the test for them virtually its crazy! And on top of all of this these immigrants are getting food stamp, housing momey etc.

What about if all of the above are met, including the store is all red, and there are no orders, and the ones popping up disappear the moment they pop up. I don’t even have time to see them.

Lol... i had the "repaved driveway" incident today 😂 old note. Many customers do not check their old comments. Very confusing. I agree, pulling up to deliver to the front door is more than reasonable, espscially for groceries. P.s. UPS cannot park in driveway. Backing up is not allowed per UPS rule.

The only thing is that the more you turn off and on your vehicle... You wear down your ignition coil and starter... Plus the battery itself..

1/3rd of a year for a 25 cent increase is way better than years at a job with no pay increase based on your work. Terrible, but not the worst.

1) do you have an LLC to do this job? 2) do you file deductions on taxes to yourself or the LLC? 3) for orders where you have to shop, are you paying then getting reimbursed? 4) are employees at the stores helpful? thanks for the great and informative video!

I've noticed that the offer have changed like you said but also, they have been adding more drop offs per offer and for less money and they are trying to make us drive alot further for less money

The same thing happened to me last Monday August 5th and the reason was very vague. We really need to come together and do something about what's going on with Spark.
