Hi Steve. Good videos and you have helped me a lot. I am wondering if what people are asking about not saving the settings is the issue I am having. I have CHR Design and the speed alarms keep going off every tie I go a little over the speed limit. I am able to change it from settings and going to the speed limiter section. It defaults to the sound and vison alert. I change it to the vision only and it works during that drive. But after the engine goes off and I restart, it reverts back to the default and the alarm goes off. How can I keep it off permanently please. Also another not really related to this topic, how can I show the mileage on the dashboard? I can't seem to find the option in any of the 3 screen display panels. Only the 2 trip options but not the running mileage. Thanks in advance

My 2023 corolla ac smells terrible when I first start the car...like mold. The car is parked inside (so not out in the rain), it is immaculate inside, and I changed the cabin air filter to no avail. I've see this be an issue with a lot of other corolla owners. Will the dealer fix this problem? I dont want to end up with some weird respiratory issue from my car lol

What if no profile link menu shows up at all? Did all possible resets, Toyota DCM recall and they even replaced the entire infotainment system - nothing.

What you should have said is TOYOTA SAYS DRIVE 10 miles a month in 4WD, and when doing that drive in a straight line and don’t make turns around corners.

Hi Steve! The compass is working on my panel display, and it also shows up in the HUD. However, the one in the panel display shows the next turn while the one on the HUD doesn't. Aren't they supposed to be connected and show the same info? the compass panel display and the HUD

Does not work for android auto in my case. As soon as i plug one phone for android auto the other one will not work for calls. Is still connected according to the car, but phones are not showing. :-(

Remote start doesn't appeal a huge amount to me, it's definitely something I'd be willing to forego in order to prevent Toyota sharing my data with insurance companies who are going to mark me down on every braking and lane change they can conveniently categorise as over zealous or dangerous. I don't have accidents. But I also drive assertively. All insurance companies need to know to assess my risk is my accident and traffic history. As long as the keyfob works for remote unlocking I'm fine with not having remote starting. Beyond that though, I do think it's ransomware on Toyota's part. "Give us your data which we can sell, pay us for the privilege" (might be a ten year free trial, but it affects resale value and will have a cost if you own the car beyond 10 years).
