Did you fit an oil restrictor? If you did, you messed up. Journal bearing turbos don't normally need one. Ball bearing turbos need them more.

It's probably not a good oil feed and drain. I have been using my max turbo for five months now with no problems. If it comes with a restrictor, drill it out with a 4mm drill bit and use a good drain and you will be fine. These turbos are all journal bearings, and they need a lot of oil to live people!

my maxpeeding gt28 and its the normal one with old school cast wheel, been running 1.8bar boost for 2 years. i have 2.5-3mm restrictor and huge returnline. also no watercooling connected
