bro, sounds like blah, blah, blah. u might look up the word electrode, electrodes don't flow. your reasoning behind the short life of batteries is questionable, some more blah on the net if i look it up. we run ours til their dead, dead, dead. power tools to weed-eaters to wheelchairs etc.., some of our batteries die in a yr time, some make their life well over 10yrs without noticeable degrade. as for those who worry bout these lifepo4 batteries burning up in a garage. well hey, we've lived with acid batteries in our vehicles for ever, have u ever heard and seen a lead acid battery short and explode, i have? now we have ev cars, why are u worry bout your golf cart with a processor charge and short control built in your battery burning u up? the worst u can do to your battery is over charge, and that's hard to do nowadays...

For the price I’ll just buy a side by side these thing are overpriced for that they do

My answer to the brake fluid location is, us a funnel and keep a paper towel under the bottle. But you shouldn't rarely if ever have to worry about that at all.

Hey! Just purchased a Ranger 2+2 and so far I love it. In your overall experience with Evolution do you have good experiences? Some people have said to me “they’re cheap, you’re getting screwed, etc” but with the research I’ve done and my current experience I love it. Just interested in your professional opinion on them. I also so far love my dealer which I believe is a big deal. Thanks!

Bought an Onward from BA Carts and would do so again.

Since this is a golf cart, I was wondering where people are storing other items, like scorecard and pencil, club/ball washer.

Some of the issues with the Evolution were so obvious why on earth did the people buy it

Do you prefer the D5 over the Denago Rover XL?

I just looked it up. Not one dealership said we are good. The problem with buying a new anything is you don't know who's bad until you buy and experience. Everyone is an expert, after the fact. Unless you know someone who bought the same product and you know they did their research, you'll never know. Most reviews are fake or are rated on things that have nothing to do with the place or product. Always buy used, even just the slightest. Dealerships are total scam artists. Save the initial depreciation off the lot. Let the others tighten all the bolts and then buy.

If the dealer has to make all of these fixes when a brand new golf cart comes from the factory it tells me the golf cart industry is just like the RV industry. Any manufacturer who would allow a cart to leave the assembly line in this condition is not trustworthy. I won’t buy one now that I know this.

So thats why my steering wheel has been off center all this time lol. Now i need to look up how to do an alignment on a golf cart.

Have you made a review on the Denago you have in the background? What are your thoughts on them?

Nice Check List! I would add to it: 1) look underneath the cart to make sure the serial number on the cart frame matches the serial number on the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin; and 2) inspect the entire frame for any breakage, dents, or missing parts. To make a long story short, I bought a D5 Ranger at a charity auction. After delivery, it sat in the garage and wasn't driven. A couple of weeks after the auction and after I registered it with the motor vehicle department in my state, I received a call from the dealer that delivered it to the charity and was asked to verify the serial number. You guessed it, the serial number did not match, the frame was broken, and the roof grab handles were missing! The cart was returned and I received a refund from the charity and most of my registration fees. The dealer said based on the locations of the frame damage that it was probably due to a forklift lifting the frame when the cart was being assembled at the plant. Left a bad taste in my mouth......

Sloan, I live in Georgia and just bought an Evolution D5 Ranger. Red. It has two places on the front hood that look like they've been rubbed with something and not buffed in a very similar manner as the Evolution cart in this video (6.05 to 6.12 where you buff them out). What compound / wax do you recommend to get my front hood back to the way it should look like you did with the one in this video?? BTW way, great video. Wish you guys were down here. The dealer here is Ok, but not great. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Does the charger float once it’s topped off? I’ve got a 2nd home we might not get back to for several weeks. My club car tops off and quits, has to be unplugged and plugged back in to activate. I ruined many batteries from them going dead when I wasn’t there to keep it topped off.

Great Video. Question, would it be ok to add some poly fill into the speaker holes before installing the speakers or some sound dampening material? Would it bring out a little more depth from the sound and prevent rattling? I know back in the day we would put poly fill in subwoofer boxes and it made the sound a little better. Thanks

Brand new 2024 onward with high speed gears. 28mph is all I can get from her. My old donkey "97" DS would flutter the valve springs at a smidge over 30. Did I miss a trick or is that all she has to offer?

I know exactly what your saying I seen one of these golf cars at a box store, and I saw a few things and I knew that if you bought this all you would do is load it up and take it home as is. Now in my case I am handy and have worked on carts before, but what should I buy this and have to go through it when I get home. People buy these because for $7800 you can get a new cart, if you buy an EZ-,Go or Club car or Yamaha your going to pay up to $5G more( I know in my area $12,13,14 is the going rate for a new cart and don't even mention a four seater) people see the price and go hey for the money I can buy a golf cart for camp or whatever and even used carts on FB marketplace are $3'4'5 G a new cart for around the same price is a deal.
