At time of my comment, you don't have to use low cuts to change stance. Just using footwork works as well. down + back or up + forward will take left foot lead, and the other two paired directions will take right foot lead. Smaller action avoids giving up the tempo of the low swing's followthrough, so you're not exposed as long. Otherwise, helpful video!

Characters I wanna see added: -samurai -Viking w/shield technique. Their shields were mainly leather and used to deflect blades. Duels among them used surprisingly little contact between the swords. -Arab w/scimitar. -Mongol with Mongol sword. -The bad guy from Highlander (no decapitation necessary, of course), with voicework by Clancy Brown. -More polearm stuff. These were the real main weapons of medieval times and, from what I read, superior to swords because of their versatility, simplicity, inexpensiveness and advantage in reach and leverage.
