ICU Doctors Explains.... What is MONKEYPOX??
I was a ECMO patient 2022. I had 2 cardiac arrest and blood levels just crazy!! After taken out the coma, boy did I have a surprise discussion what happened to me once I was able to mentally comprehend to engage in a conversation 🙏🏾 I thank all medical staff and my sister who is a NP and most importantly GOD who worked through them all ❤
I have X linked agammaglobulonemia and is wondering if a cure for it is being worked on, the injections are getting a little annoying
tt
So glad I found you as a family member coded blue days ago … it took 15 minutes to bring him back … he’s been on a ventilator since then and remains in a coma.
Oh, wow, that's a heavy topic, but it's important to stay informed, right? Organ failure can affect various parts of the body, so the signs and symptoms can vary widely depending on which organ is affected. Here's a general rundown: 1. Heart Failure: Shortness of breath, fatigue, swollen legs, and rapid heartbeat. 2. Kidney Failure: Fatigue, confusion, nausea, swelling in ankles and feet, reduced urine output, and difficulty breathing. 3. Liver Failure: Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), abdominal pain, swelling, itchy skin, dark urine, and chronic fatigue. 4. Lung Failure: Shortness of breath, rapid breathing, confusion, and lethargy. 5. Pancreatic Failure: Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and weight loss. 6. Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS): Low blood pressure, altered mental status, rapid heart rate, and a decrease in urine output. If you or someone you know might be experiencing these symptoms, it's crucial to seek medical attention promptly. Always better to be safe and check in with a healthcare professional!

May I ask how did you overcome this I’m going though this now currently with my family
You just pull and pray... I'm just kidding. How I do it here in Arizona ICU. I first look at x-rays and compare them to x-ray before intubation, then look at FIO2 requirement, then look at amount of secretions produced by the patient, if everything's fine then let my respiratory therapist know we should try to pressure control and see if the patient is able to breathe on their own, and also making sure that the sedations at the lowest amount with a rasscore of 0 to -1. You can also get an ABG and Make sure the patient's oxygenating with the lower FIO 2 and plan to transition patient to nasal cannula, room air, or high flow.
*QUESTION: HOW DOES A PERSON LIVE WITH THAT DECISION. THEY DECIDED TO KILL THE PERSON. I AM GOING THRU THIS NOW. WORRIED ABOUT LIFE LONG GUILT. YOU REALLY DONT KNOW IF THE PERSON STILL WANTS TO LIVE EVEN IF BEDRIDDEN. AND YOUR ARE MAKING THAT DECISION TO TAKE A LIFE*
*WHAT IF THEY YELL HELP ME WHILE SUFFOCATING FROM HYPOXIA, NO OXYGEN. OR SCREACH FROM SUFFOCATING NOT GETTING OXYGEN*
*SO IT DOESNT "LOOK LIKE" THEY ARE GASPING FOR AIR. BUT YES, THEY ARE "SUFFOCATING". HYPOXIA IS PAINFUL. BODY BEING DEPRIVED OF OXYGEN. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY DONT PUT PEOPLE INTO A COMA BEFORE LETTING THEM PASS IN THIS FASHION. SO THEY DONT EVEN KNOW IT. WHAT IF A PERSON SCREAMS, GRUNTS, YELLS HELP WHILE SUFFOCATING*
My husband has paroxysmal afib with rvr-he just usually gets high heart rate and palpitations and then gets tired-but my question is, once they’re in afib, without always running to the er, what can one do to deter the symptoms
I was on one twice last year
Do you remember anything?
I like this. It's very detailed. 2024, USA, December 6.
GREAT VIDEO! Answered most of the questions I had. One other, what about nutrition and fluids? Pro's and Con's?
I'm very curious. Would you ever vent someone with O2 sats of 88% on room air without the need for a nasal canula? Is a ventilator needed at this level of O2?
I'm put on Aspirin after a TIA. I have controlled my sugars, cholesterol, and BP. Do i still need to take aspirin, if my blood viscosity is normal.
They took me off life support and I woke up when they took the breathing tube out irritated and confused 😢 don’t get weed off the streets trust me people I’m not supposed to be here
The amount of times CPR is performed in Lost is just atraight up comical. Edit: especially the scene you showed. In the episode, he gives cpr for SO LONG. Charlie eventually wakes up but his rib cage would be crushed and in the episode, he just gets right up and starts walking.
Thank you. I'm final stage. My G.I tells me 6 months cleanlinesss. I'm sort of freaking out but this was informative. ❤🙏🏽🤞🏽
I suggest you buy yourself a mic for your videos.

Animal products in the diet lead to the things that lead to kidney failure. Nobody answers the question of what causes the diabetes or high blood pressure and other factors that lead to kidney failure.
Great Video. Is anesthesia a part of the code blue team or who can intubate the patient?
Robinson Sarah Martinez Carol Hernandez Maria
Heart failure is the leading cause of death, even before cancer. First of all, people should stop eating food that has been cooked with vegetable oils. Vegetable oils should not be heated as they oxidize and release free radicals. Unfortunately, this is ignored by almost all food experts.
Thank you for your explanation , God bless all the persons that are undergoing this process.❤
